The person in spoke with today was very knowledgeable and empathetic to my situation. The only concern i have had nothing to do with how she handled the call or the information she provided. It had to do with my previous policy getting cancelled due to non-payment when I had it set up on auto-ACH. It shouldnt have rejected and even though it apparently did, I dont recall getting a notification for the cancelation.

My agent was Jesus. I contacted him because I wanted to add a new pet to my plan. He thoroughly reviewed all of my options and clearly explained how each policy works. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I understood the coverage available to me. He also provided his name, direct extension, and let me know he would be our ongoing agent, and I could reach out to him directly if I needed assistance in the future Jesus was very patient, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. I greatly appreciate his excellent customer service. I had a great experience working with him.

Very helpful

The process was easy but when I went to submit the app, I received a message that I was not using a valid phone number, which I was. A rep (Jeremy) called me to help but there were phone connection issue. I replaced my cell# with a land line and it worked. But the land line has robo call blockers. Also, I had spoken on the phone earlier in the week with Angelica, and called her twice to purchase the insurance and she never returned my call. Otherwise, this would be five stars.

Cynthia explained policy coverage clearly. I've had pet insurance with nationwide before and look forward to your rapid claims processing .

Rosie was very knowledgeable and explained everything on my new policy. Very patient and understanding. My last pet was covered by Nationwide Pet Insurance for 15 years and she had passed recently. I am extremely satisfied with the company as my new puppy will be covered by them.
