I have recently bought A Rolleiflex SL66 40mm Distagon from Peter, and as with previous purchases I've made, the lens was much nicer than expected. Buying from Peter is a much better option than E-Bay, his prices are much better, delivery is very quick, but the best part is that you really can buy with complete confidence. I heard about Peter Loy and his excellent reputation on a camera forum so was excited when I saw a rare camera I was after (a Nikon SP) in his extensive stock list. The camera arrived the following day and I was more than impressed by it's condition, the description was very fair and accurate and for once I'd bought a second hand camera that arrived spotlessly clean! One of the things I love about Peter's approach to selling photographic equipment is that he does not list on eBay. Frequently-abused adjectives such as "minty"are conspicuously absent. Peter makes it all seem so easy, I don't understand why other dealers can make buying a camera so hard.

Communication was excellent and fast, the price was very competitive, the condition of the lens was better than I'd expected, packing was exemplary and delivery very quick. To be honest, it's difficult to see how Peter's service could be improved.
