Petceutics Omdömen

5 star, highly recommended
i've been a happy petceutics customer for 2 years now and have found the team to be extremely helpful and very friendly.. their service is fast and efficient and the medications top quality and affordable. i have no qualms in recommending them to any and all future customers.

Excellent service again. Can thoroughly recommend.

The Petceutics web site is easy to navigate, listings are clear and informative, the prices are better than I can find in any physical store and the delivery service is top notch. The experience of shopping here is how it should be everywhere - really appreciate finding this business*****

I could not be any happier. The service, the cost and delivery 100%. As my Pennie will need to be on the medication VETORYL for her Cushing’s disease for the rest of her life. The wonderful saving in cost will help me and keep her happier for longer.

Using Petceutics is a cheap and efficient way of buying all your pets prescription needs. It is half the cost of buying from my vet who supplies me with a prescription. Great service and an easy to use website.

Very nice people to deal with and very fast delivery

Excellent customer service and very speedy delivery of medications for my cat. Would recommend to anyone with pets

Awesome company. Always ships out super fast and is so much cheaper than getting my dogs cardiac meds from the vet and they keep the script on file too. Very convenient

Excellent service. My refrigerated order is arriving in 24 hours and the ice brick is still frozen. Staff are always helpful when you need to speak with them. I highly recommend.

I have been getting supplies for my dog from Petceutics for a while now. I have found the company excellent, products arrive very promptly and the packaging excellent. It is possible to speak to a staff member if needed and I have found their staff excellent and very informative
I do not hesitate to recommend using Petceutics for any products you are buying.

So happy with the service at Petceutics. I placed my order just after 10 am one day and it was at my door in less than 24 hrs (Sydney to Adelaide). Price is also so much cheaper than at vet even with the $10 prescription fee. Will continue to use them for all ongoing medication for my pet.

Quick and easy ordering process, excellent prices, fast and reliable delivery. I will keep recommending this site to others. Thank you!

Easy to order, great communication and very quick delivery

Great service - product was delivered very quickly

My Cat Bio Gastro Hills is exceptional for my cat's medical condition which he is on steroids for 'prolapse' so this kibble is highly recommended by my Vet and for the healthy well being for Chester my Persian Exotic he absolutely loves this kibble easy for his little brachia mouth to chew and he loves the taste ! thank you for your timely delivery and exceptional packaging and wonderful customer service team at Petceutics I highly recommend this pet online store for all your Pet requirements ! Lana

Very well organised and efficient business, with very prompt delivery. Able to communicate clearly any clarification required with orders.

Very helpful staff, great service, helped me arrange a delivery interstate, that arrived quickly; at a time when COVID had caused delays with deliveries of other parcels. Thankyou

can't beat this company on price, and delivery is quick. horse medication is always very expensive at the vets. keep up the excellent good work

Excellent service. Item was sent promptly and received within a couple of days even with the slow postage at the moment. I will definitely use petceutics again.

Unreliable order process!
My 10 year old Cavvy has a heart murmur & her order has been stuffed up twice now. I’ve left a longer detailed review on Google.
Glad to see they can get everybody else’s order processed efficiently.
Not mine though. I’m using a different service now…. 😡🤬
