Great Customer Service
I rarely write reviews, but Perfume Shark absolutely deserves one.
Unfortunately, my order was caught up in a series of delivery issues caused by Amazon Shipping. Despite providing detailed delivery instructions, the courier repeatedly attempted to deliver to the wrong location, which was incredibly frustrating.
What impressed me was how Perfume Shark handled the situation. Every email was answered promptly, professionally and with genuine empathy. They kept me updated throughout, offered to resend the order via Royal Mail if necessary, and when I placed my next order they proactively shipped it with Royal Mail and even included a few complimentary items as a thoughtful goodwill gesture.
Problems can happen with any retailer or courier, but it's how a company responds that really matters. Perfume Shark's customer service was outstanding from start to finish. They clearly value their customers and went above and beyond to make things right.
The perfumes themselves are fantastic. They smell amazing, are long-lasting, and it's a great way to experience a wide range of fragrances without ruining your budget.
I'll definitely be ordering from them again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for great fragrances backed up by exceptional customer service.
Thank you to the whole Perfume Shark team!

Great fragrances
I've ordered fragrances from perfume shark several times and they're all great, in particular desert shadow and Tuscan charm. They last for ages & I've recommended several people to use them who now love them as much as I do.

I am really happy with my purchase
I am really happy with my purchase. The scent is so close to the original Chanel 19 and at a mere fraction of the cost. The original is prohibitively expensive and out of my league. This is probably about a quarter of the price and as such I can use it regularly rather than saving it as a "special" perfume.
I will certainly consider using Perfume Shark for future purchases.

Beleive the hype. My new go to
You know how it goes — you see the ads and you think “clickbait”. Someone trying to make a quick buck. I was a little sceptical myself to begin with, especially after once being suckered into buying a hot tub for £30. Yes, I was that guy.
But with Perfume Shark, my experience was completely different.
When the package arrived — pristinely wrapped, with a small protective bag for one of the scents — I was genuinely impressed. And the product itself? Wow. So clean, so fresh… and that’s not just me saying it. My wife absolutely loves her Lady Rose. I went for Italian Bergamot and Classic Citrus, and honestly… just wow.
Thank you for the quick delivery and the fantastic product.
