Perfect Corset NY Clothing Omdömen 

This company is based in China, not New York as advertised. They charged my card immediately but didn’t ship the items until two weeks later—only after I followed up and threatened a credit card dispute. Now shipping will take another two weeks. Based on other reviews and my experience so far, I don’t have high expectations for the product quality either.

Their website is deceptive in that they lead you to believe they will take a return with 14 days of you receiving it when actually you are required to return it to CHINA. I carefully looked at the return policy BEFORE I ordered and it said nothing about sending it back to China. Otherwise you only get a very small amount refunded or it's an exchange which does me no good since it's too short. DO NOT ORDER from this company. Scam.

On this website I ordered 3 tops it’s almost been 3 months since I ordered them and I’ve only recieved one top since there “out of stock” I emailed them and said that they need to communicate this to me because it’s ridiculous, I paid 600 for them to do this shit? It’s not worth it at all don’t order here, it’s false advertising when it comes to wait times and it’s just a drag of your money a very unprofessional website

I ordered with them and they gave me a fake tracking number. When I reached out to them they told me it was delivered but I have a locked mail package room with cameras and it was in fact not delivered. This company is a scam. I’ve heard of so many other experiences of the corset either taking forever and being horrible quality or not receiving it at all.

I placed an order through your platform, but despite multiple emails, I have received no response and no shipment has been sent until now. There has been absolutely no communication or follow-up from your side.

I demand a full refund immediately, as it is clear that your company is fraudulent and dishonest.

This company's customer service is absolutely a joke. I ordered a skirt that didn't fit and requested to return, the return was approved, but they requested I return the item to their warehouse located in Hong Kong. This where their scam comes in because I refused to send a skirt overseas when its a NYC based company and nowhere in there return policy state all returns need to be shipped overseas because customer would not buy. Then, they suggested I keep the skirt and they would give me $30 return and $30 store credit! Wth, no, the skirt doesn't fit so why would I keep it. Then, the tried to say the item was on sale, it was not! Then, they stated they would deduct the cost of shipping! I informed them, NO, you don't get to keep all shipping fee when I paid for shipping in both directions.
I FedEx the skirt back to NYC, they signed for it, now they're back at the beginning with the repeat email about deductions, shipping and offering to return half my money and a credit!
Not happening and I am giving them 3 business days to refund my money and if they don't my bank and PayPal will refund my money!
SO, LADIES BEWARE IF YOU EVER NEED TO DO A RETURN! KEEP THE SHIPPING LABEL ON ALL ITEMS YOU RECEIVE BECAUSE THAT'S THE ADDRESS YOU NEED TO USE. THERE IS NOTHING IN THEIR POLICY ABOUT HONG KONG WAREHOUSE!!!

The materials are cheap, and if you want to return the product, you have to send it back to China at your own expense.

If I could give it a zero I would! This company is an absolute scam! On June 3, 2025 I ordered two perfect corset full length skirts that I saw on Facebook. Placed my order, order did not arrive till July 9 and when it arrived, it was not the item that I purchased it was actually a drape! Yes, I mean a drape for your window in your home or maybe for a door! I contacted them via email as I found out online that they don’t provide you with shipping labels nor can you do online returns. So I sent them an email explaining the issue, they requested pictures of the item I received. I sent several photos a couple of different times. They are not responding. I’ve asked for my money to be returned, they have not responded. But they have no problem sending me emails asking me to review my product! So I didn’t even get the product. My review is a zero! Keep your money don’t bother with this company, they are fraudulent and have terrible customer service.

Bad!! I'm not from NYC they are SHEIN. They deliver through a Cirro Parcel carrier, which does not guarantee delivery.
I ordered a garment that was never delivered to me. I've been writing an email for two months asking for a new shipment or a refund, but I haven't been given anything! Scam!

0 stars if I could! I bought the skirts, they didn't fit, the company would not process a return. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company. Will file a complaint with the better business bureau.

If I could give a 0 ⭐️ on this website, I would. I feel scammed. The delivery took almost a month and when you follow up they could not gave an ETA. When the item arrived, it did not fit well and they refused to accept returns. They are delaying the process, response time on emails and demanded to have it exchange instead. They website clearly says, item can be returned within 14days from it was received. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE.

No updates. Wrote twice and received the same - clearly copied and paste - answer.
I will never receive my order in time for thee season asked about a refund/cancellation but received no answer.

Major scam, Beware! They say they’re based out of New York but there is no way that is true. It took over a month for it to get to me in the US and their return policy says 14 days to return it back to them. I have emailed them 5 times requesting their return address and they won’t give it to me! It’s insane. They are purposely delaying answering me meanwhile waisting my return window. They just keep sending their list of return options with no address. BIGGEST thing is the corsets are not wearable. They have no zipper, the strings do not expand wide enough for you to even get them on and I’m a slim woman. It’s completely unwearable. It’s fabricated so poorly that there is no exchanging with these people. It’s a total scam and their customer service is a joke. I reported them and filed a claim against them.

Got sucked into an Instagram ad and placed an order 2+ weeks ago. Opened multiple tickets for an update on the order. Haven’t heard back. May need to dispute my charges with credit card company given the lack of customer service already prior to even shipment of my order. Doubt they’ll process refunds/returns in time or at all based on other reviews. Wish I had read the reviews.

Terrible service!!! Sizes are not correct. It’s written full refund in policies, but when you want to refund they offer exchange or credit and offer only 30% refund. Different days different agents answer different info. Extremely unreliable, false service and low quality products!!! Still now paid more that 170$ and cannot get money back and do not have any corset!!!
