If I could give this dealership 0 stars I would. Had an absolute nightmare as the dealership sent me on my way with my new car with the engine management light on the dash (Salesman George Reed tried telling me it's a service light) as they couldn't identify the problem. I was told to book the car into my local ford garage to address this issue and Pentagon will pay the bill. I ended up paying the bill and had to chase Pentagon up to be re-imbursed the payment which took around a week for me to get back. I have today taken my car to a reputable performance company to get a new exhaust and a remap but I've had to spend an extra £750 as the exhaust that was on the car when I picked it up hasn't been fitted properly and also has parts missing, had I been informed of this information by the sales team (George Reed) I would definitely NOT have purchased the car!

Recently had my car in a vauxhall loughborough really terrible service treated like rubbish and spoken to like rubbish by the two girls who work at the service desk when I was spending thousands to fix my car terrible service really has turned me off vauxhall faulty cars rubbish after service

Bought my daughter her 1st car from Burton on Trent Vauxhall had no issues until we took it for MOT at which it failed due to severe corrosion on sub frame which we were told was potentially dangerous and must have built up over a number of years. We acquired the car with 12 months MOT from Pentagon so imagine our amazement when they told us the corrosion was recent as our daughter must have driven through some puddles . It has cost us £750.00 to rectify (Pentagon quoted £1,500 !)

Ordered our mobility car from here. Great experience so easy. Been disabled 25yrs and ig has never been so wasy to change my mobility car... thanks paul

Having booked in for a service of my Renault at Pentagon Loughborough when I arrived the service was dreadful. To cap it all when I booked in I told them I had a Renault EasyLife Policy which entitled me to a free service but when i got there they refused to service the vehicle saying they could not accept it. I had travelled 20 miles each way to get to the garage and was annoyed and disappointed with the unhelpful reception staff. I won’t be using them again.

Customer service is terrible at Loughborough! I'm exhausted with it and I can't be bothered to go in to detail but let's just say that after being a loyal customer for nearly a decade, I've vowed to never return!

Recovery took it refused to accept !

Tried phoning Lincoln dealership no answer !
Rang head office transferred me to Mansfield started saying that I had a 20 plate corsa!
I have never had a Corsa in my life.

I rang head office eventually spoke to a marketing director waiting for response!

DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND DO NOT BUY A VAUXHALL CAR THEY ARE JUST A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY I HAD 3 RECALLS WHEN NEW NOW THE SAME ISSUE HAS HAPPENED THEY WANT 125 DIAGNOSES IT'S THE SAME FAULT AS THE RECALLS OH AND SUPRISE SUPRISE THEY DON'T HAVE ANY DETAILS FROM THE RECALL AND PENTAGON WHO DID THE WORK SAID IT WAS COVERED FOR LIFE WELL NEVER WILL I BUY ONE OF THESE CRAP CARS AGAIN NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS FROM DAY 1 IT EVEN HAD 3 BATTERIES UNDER WARRANTY YET STILL DRAINED THEY JUST FOB YOU OFF DISGRACEFUL CRAPPY COMPANY LIKE MOST JUST WANT YOUR MONEY AND WHEN ISSUE HAPPEN THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS WELL REMEMBER VAUXHALL IT'S THE CUSTOMER THAT KEEPS YOU IN BUSINESS.

We bought a new Vivaro from the Bulwell site - it appeared to have an electrical fault - the battery loses its charge. They said that even though the vehicle was still in its warranty period they wanted us to pay £120 in advance for a diagnostic check - Beyond belief!!!!!
We fitted a new battery & all systems that had stopped working started working again - Six months later we are going through exactly the same scenario.
ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
We will not buy any more vehicles from Pentagon Vauxhall - I am appalled with their attitude to customers.
If you are thinking of buying from them please think again - there are a lot of dealers about who do give customer service.

Let me first say i am not a fan of the techno gadgetry in cars these days. I just view that as some more things that could go wrong. So it was i needed the services of Pentagon Vauxhall to resolve the issue of a warning light. Again i spoke to Jade at the service desk. This lady is exceptional, she made arrangements for the techies in the workshop to check and remedy the fault. The techies in the workshop got to work and resolved the issue. We made arrangements that would keep the car over night, ready to test drive again bfore handing it over. All the staff involved have been excellent, 10 out of 10.

Bought our first EV from them and they could not have been more helpful.
Responded to my every query promptly.
Basit could not have been more helpful, took his time to go over everything at handover and even followed up how our journey went.
Mike gave us the ins and outs of driving an EV and all his tips were very helpful and even followed his tip on energy supplier and EV charger.

Waited 2 weeks for an appointment to get by van fixed. Which then became another 3 weeks as technician were busy! Sorry didn't I wait 2 weeks already because they were. Then parred off on phones or no answer. Then if you go in person and kick of all of a sudden they have an answer in 2 days. Then lied to about potential cheaper fix and waited another 4 weeks for that answer. Parred off on phones again and sometime snot answering phones/ emails. misinformed about some of the costs, no ownership of tasks and I'm always the one chasing. Went in again to make myself known. Now change of story, no cheaper fix, actually waiting for goodwill from manufacturer. Can't order parts of starts repairs until they offer something. That doesn't materialise. Now ordering parts, told 2/3 weeks. It's been 4 weeks and not a single courtesy call or email or APOLOGY! Now the endless wait for have my van fixed has past the 3 months mark and still no sympathy from anyone as to how this is affecting business. These guys simply do not understand the basic principals of customer service or taking ownership of complaints of unhappy customers. They don't care. Just sell more cars. Not to mention Vauxhall are involved in a huge emissions scandal with a class action lawsuit against them by Leigh Day Legal. They're partnered with Peugeot and Citroen on this and I see the same looking vans everywhere just with different badges. So its straight up capitalist mass produced rubbish. I'd dodge this lot

Still waiting for a cheque from pentagon vauxhall in Lincoln after numerous phone calls to the dealership and to the customer care service all I seem to get told the cheque is on its way I've now been told this on numerous occasions. My advice to car buyers is keep away from pentagon dealership. Absolutely useless. I've dealt with car dealers over the years I can honestly say these are the worst by far

From the moment I enquired about a car Vick Sandhu went over and above from sending a video of the cars we were interested in to meeting us on the steps for a viewing/test drive - friendly without being pushy, advised all the extras whilst giving us the option and time to choose what we did/didn't want - talked us through the whole process through to making payment! Delighted with the service and the car of course - thanks Vick for being just a genuinely nice guy - Vauxhall are lucky to have you!

Booked online a service plus brake fluid change and owing to my age requested a pick up and return of vehicle at extra cost. On the form I wrote that the vehicle had a leak of oil from a drive shaft.
This vehicle has only done 33k miles. I wanted the leak repairing as well. Received a call telling me that they were unable to pick it up because of the oil leak but that I could drive the vehicle to them ...so no problem for myself driving the vehicle but not their staff that I am paying for! Declined their offer of service because of my age and I do not drive too far these days. I think a 70 year old pensioner deserves more respect but that's today's world and I am getting used to it. Shocking service from pentagon oldham motability, so much so we cancelled our order. Was told our car would be ready on 4th/5th June , waited until around 18th to ring and ask what was happening to be told ' oh its just waiting on a chassis number' then in July was told it had not even been built and the spec we ordered was not going to be the spec we got. Went into showroom numerous occasions to be treated very poorly and dismissed by Sam the motability operative in the reception area, didn't even take us to her desk.
When we cancelled order we had to phone a number of times for her to cancel the order so we could order from a different company. She finally did it and then went on holiday without refunding our £1400 deposit.
We eventually got the deposit back thanks to a wonderful gentleman named Mike.
We will never use or have another vauxhall again. Stay well away

I've had a very bad experience withe vauxhall in Loughborough I ordered a vauxhall astra in October through the mobility scheme. When I ordered the car I asked the how long would it take to build. the guy that dealt with me told me it wouldn't take more then 6 months and now we're in August 2023 I rang in 3 weeks ago and I was told the hand over is going to be on the 5 th August 2023 and someone will get back to me near to that date he said he can see it on the system. And today is the 4th August 2023 I get a call from the person that dealt with me saying the car is not built because they can't get parts for the astras. Made me wait 10 months and he say this now. He said the person that spoke with me was telling me fibs
because he cant see it on the system. Who should i believe they don't give u straight answer. they should of just said they can't do it. Basically the guy was just fogging me off. Then he says do you want cancel the order I said u might aswell I ain't waiting another year for a vauxhall astra the guy hasn't a clue when the car is going to be built. I will be telling my friends and family to avoid pentagon vauxhall in Loughborough. very bad experience the guy found it amusing telling me the car wasn't built never ever again with vauxhall in Loughborough and I really hope they're not doing this to other disabled people fobing them off like what they did to me.

Still the very best service garage I have ever used. Faultless attitude and work ethic. Particularly the young ladies in reception who are superb.
The only criticism and it’s not the garage it’s the group. The switchboards are pathetic all working in front of the tv I guess.

Pentagon Loughborough were great. I bought a used Mokka X. They gave it a full valet and repaired the alloys ready for collection day. The staff were great, very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately there was a problem with the steering so it had to go back, they could not apologise enough. The car was straight in and a courtesy car provided. Paul the manager there was so helpful and did a full investigation as to why the steering problem wasn't picked up on the 140 point check. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely shocking customer service from pentagon loughborough. Car broken down, AA towed to loughborough branch but forecourt was closed so Toyota allowed car to be parked there overnight. Spoke to peugeot first thing Monday morning to be told nothing they can do until end of August. They didn't care that the car was parked in their neighbours forecourt. Not their problem. No help at all couldn't offer an alternative peugeot site to help. If the car cant be fitted in then fine. But the attitude of the staff is appauling.BUT they have immediate availability to service My car! Not thanks would rather spend the £600 at a garage that cares!
