Very interesting and informative webinar from Pennington Choices - Certified B Corp on Awaab’s Law – Phase 2. It was particularly useful to understand the upcoming requirements, practical implications, and how housing providers can prepare to ensure compliance and, most importantly, protect residents’ health and wellbeing.

Pennington Choices provided (as usual) a great, informed, educated webinar on Awaabs law.
The room was full..1000 guest's..the slide show was clear and informed.
I have done a few webinar's with Pennington now and they are always one to look forward to.
They manage to answer lots of questions and you always come away thinking it was time well spent.

I've attended several Pennington Choices webinars over the past year and have found them informative, relevant and easy to follow. The Awaab's Law sessions in particular have provided useful insight into upcoming requirements and helped clarify what housing providers should be preparing for. The presenters explain complex topics in a clear and practical way, making the information easy to apply in day-to-day roles. I would recommend the webinars to anyone working within housing, compliance or property management.

Phoned me and left a message advising that they had been appointed by the Scottish Government to survey work carried out by Warmworks which would be done on Friday 7th August , phone them twice to confirm date was OK but they didn't visit or call to cancel or
re arange.
WASTED A DAY WAITING FOR THEM ! .
Very poor customer service which reflects badly on the SNP Government.

The webinar that I attended was interesting, informative and highly beneficial. The guest speakers were well informed, knowledgeable and conveyed the message really well.

The session was informative and geared to the audience covering BS9792- and when PEEPs, BEEPs, PCFRA are required. The session covered Fire safety legislation ,Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, with duties in Fire Safety Act 2021, Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022, and the Building Safety Act 2022.

Each member of the team took their time with their answers to questions coming in. All were knowledgeable and willing to help. No question was made to feel insignificant.

As a Board member and trustee I found the Pennington Choices webinar last week really interesting and informative. It was great to hear from Barnsbury Housing Association about their practical experIence of a Pennington’s compliance audit.

The trainer kept the session engaging and informative, he was always happy to answer questions. providing clear and detailed explanations. I find HHSRS an interesting subject and very relevant to my role and having completed a more in depth course approximately 18 years ago it was good to have a refresher. the follow up links were also very useful.

It provided a strong refresher and expansion of knowledge around key legislation, including procurement and housing requirements, as well as reinforcing the importance of following correct processes and maintaining clear audit trails through evidence-based practice.
Stewart (Trainer) brought valuable industry experience and used relevant real-life cases to bring the material to life, making complex areas easier to understand and apply. This added real depth to the session and ensured the content was well-pitched to the audience, regardless of prior exposure.
Overall, a very worthwhile and informative course that strengthens understanding of responsibilities, liabilities, and good practice in a practical, applicable way.

The session had a lot of relevant detailed information enabling a greater understanding of Health and Safety and Compliance and what it means to the social housing field.

Not only was the report really thorough, but he also took the time to speak with me afterwards and talk everything through in detail. He remembered the property and all the issues straight away, which made a huge difference and showed how much care he puts into his work.
