According to the carrier’s official tracking, your order shows Delivered (Door/Yard) to your apartment complex on the delivery date. In many apartment buildings, packages may be left with building staff, a mailroom, or a shared delivery area.

In some cases, tracking notifications or order confirmations may be filtered into spam or missed, which may explain why the information wasn’t seen initially.

• Pullover Hoodie
• Zip Hoodie

After reviewing your order, we can confirm that the option selected during checkout was Pullover Hoodie, not the Zip Hoodie. That is why you received a pullover style.
