I still haven't received my order. Now Fedex has asked for a translation of the invoice. Previously, they asked for a description of each item on the invoice, then they asked for the alcohol content percentage. This isn't even funny anymore. I really like your products, but I will never buy anything from your website again.

Ordered some products I had not tried before. Nothing wrong with them, but they did not WOW me the way the Bathe Soak always does.

Great price and arrived quickly very carefully packaged.

Very good products, especially the body oil - maybe some different scents would be nice.

Absolutely love these products and have recently bought a wide range of bath foams, handwashes and candles for myself and as presents. Beautifully presented and well wrapped. Although I didn't have the greatest experience with the delivery company, I was at least able to get through and speak with someone and they were helpful when I did ring to complain, that aside the products are lovely.

I love this company ! it makes a refreshing change to have good customer service. I received a gift of bath soak for my birthday and loved it so i decided. to order more . the parcel arrived the next day well packed and good courier service. unfortunately one of the bottles got damaged in transit. I contacted customer service and they promptly sent me a replacement. it arrived the next day. so i would not hesitate to recommend Peck Sniffs to anyone who wants good value, good quality products and the most excellent customer service.

Beautiful candles, lovely scents and best of all they burn evenly!! I purchased Pecksniffs and Olivia Blake in many different fragrances all are gorgeous. My favourite however, is ginger flower and patchouli.
I won’t buy candles from anywhere else. I bought one for my sister at Christmas and she has already been online and treated herself to more.
They are the best by far.

Reported a faulty candle by email and customer service acknowledged immediately and sent a replacement candle in the post, received the next day! Candles are excellent quality, perfect balance of aromas and fits beautifully in any room. The Grapefruit and Vetiver in black glass is classy and sophisticated! Great value for money too! Have now ordered several items; candles, diffusers and soap/lotion duos for myself, friends and family - future gifts!

Took 2 weeks to arrive with no updates and when it did arrive, was smashed. Had to be so careful even opening as all the bottles were glass and in bits..
