Can't go low enough for this scam and fraud company they will contact you and say you won and then they will tell you that you owe fees and taxes and say if you can't we will help you then they have you get new bank accounts and then they will do a direct deposit which turns into fraud then they mess up your bank account so then they will claim they are trying to help you don't go to a casino and if you win a jackpot you have to pay out of pocket before you get your winnings this company is a joke

This Is a scam been playing for 30 something years and never won anything period. The New PCH you have to buy or subscribe order to play games or enter.

You guys destroyed everything and i can't entry for free ... Devil in the sheep clothing... I used to like the old ways 🤥

All I tried to do was give my new address, could never get through to anyone, not even though there phone number?👎 Very wacky 🤡 Company!

The former PCH was wonderful. The new version under ARB is a dreadful scam. With the pay-to-play and subscription model, my prediction is they’ll get sued a hundred times, lose the vast majority of their base, and end up dumping the failed company. PCH is now a POS.

I am so disappointed in the direction PCH has taken. This site used to be a fun routine, and I genuinely looked forward to playing the games. Now, the new platform is incredibly boring and frustrating. What bothers me the most is the shift toward pressuring users to spend money just to get extra entries. We are living in a tough economy where so many families are struggling to make ends meet, yet PCH has decided to change their model to feel predatory and greedy. It completely destroys any trust I had left in them. I refuse to pay for entries, and because the current games are so awful, I have no reason to stay. They really ruined a good thing.

Had two pch employees came out to do a job ,they put hand rails on my doors and rails for my stairs,they were very efficient and cleaned up their dust,very respectful of us and helpful,very happy with them

I spend endless hours building up to my points to a BLACK DIAMOND (second to last jewel level), I had over 1 BILLION rewards points, that were going to be impossible to claim by the sudden deadline. PCH, Where did you put my over 1 Billion reward points  as entries because you did not give any info in my NEW ACCOUNT about where those entries were applied.
Poor way to handle loyal members. I will not waste my time on your new system

From free and giving hope to those who dream of changing their lives to "you have to pay a membership" to get "better" chances to win and most of the old prices are GONE. It simply SUCK!

I've been playing PCH games every day for 5 years. Never won much more than a $150. My tokens accumulated to over 1 billion. Now you can't play anymore unless you pay for it. They have different monthly packages even $150 per month. The more you pay, the more entries you get. No thanks! You might as well buy lottery tickets. RG

3 weeks ago I received a phone call that said I was a winner in the sweepstake for PCH. I was to call 786 708-0936 with the code 352794. So I did and was informed I won $3.5 million and a new Mercedes. I was dealing with Mike Anderson and Peter James. They screwed me around for 2 weeks with me asking for paperwork. They also asked for 1 of my credit cards so they could pay it off which they never did even with me asking every day when they were going to do so. So after 2 weeks they finally email paperwork which just wasn't quite right. So I go thru the paperwork and dates and my name weren't right. First it just had my first name and all the names of contacts with their phone numbers being disconnected. But on the last page it had the name James Carter and it said he was with the IRS. So I called him and he answered and told me PCH was in bankruptcy but that I had won a sweepstake that was being run by MegaMillions and PCH and I won $15.5million and a Mercedes and he was going to help me get my winnings. At this time Mike And Peter had stopped calling me and I was working with James who sent me a copy of a Cashiers check with my full name drawn on BofA for $15.5 million. The other 2 yahoos had asked if I had $100 but now dealing with James he sent 7 pages of documents that had a breakdown of fees that needed to be paid that most were paid except $1200. I then told him I was on fixed income and there was no way i could come up with $1200. So James Carter was not IRS even though his name was on the bogus paperwork with 2 different phone numbers in New York 631-830-8701, 317 340-7269. So that's where we left it good thing I didn't give either any money. The first 2 scammers fooled me into giving them my Google account user id and password and I started getting alerts from Google that my recovery email and phone number had been changed. So I go into my account a sure enough Peter James had change my recovery email to his, and 1 of the 3 phones he put in my devices was a number according to Google in Kingston, Jamaica so I disabled them and changed my passwords cause I realized that there was absolutely no reason what so ever for them to have access to my account, what was I thinking? Then I noticed small charges coming on my accounts for Google One, Google Text Now, Google Telegraph, and Apple One. I disputed the charges had most of them reversed but seriously don't these people have better things to do?

18 years. In all that time. I won $15 dollars. Now, got to pay to enter or, mail in hand written entry once a day. By mail......What a joke....How many people won the "Big Jack Pot", west of the Mississippi??? It's now a joke. Now you pay a monthly fee to enter. You got to be kidding.......Yeah, Like ill pay "PCH" to enter a sweepstakes that you can't win... Good-Bye, PCH.....

I've been in a bad spot in life for a long time and PCH gave me a sliver of hope to coast off of as I spent hours everyday on the website and apps doing absolutely everything possible to get tokens and chances to win even the smallest amount of money. It's a hell of a kick in the ribs while I'm down for this to change into a money dump. I'd rather play the lottery since the odds are going to be better for less money dumped into this thinly veiled attempt to recover from bankruptcy.

What moron figured this was going to work? I have been playing these games for years. I never thought I would win a a prize but I did just before they changed it. I mostly did it for fun and to keep my brain active. I am now playing games on a better website.

There is no more PCH. You have to pay to play? No way! I used to enjoy playing the games and have hope for a win and enjoy.

Been with PCH since 2004 now I don't receive any e-mails, have to buy a membership now or you can't enter, the cost of living is high, what about the low income, we can't enter the sweepstakes, it's a shame

Never again, are they joking? I played for years and years, never winning a thing but enjoyed playing the games. I bought a couple of things years ago, too expensive. Now one needs to pay to play and enter sweepstakes? I'm done.

This NEW PCH site is gonna fail. What's the point of coming back? The new Site is boring.

No games anymore, you pay for entries, Or get entries when you buy overpriced merch with ugly PCH logos all over it.

And I can't even access the apps, get error and maintenance messages so i have no clue if the apps will be better. cleared cache and reinstalled all of the apps. they don't work.
