Placed an order for what was advertised as a "genuine" Bose Sound link 3 battery not realising this was not a UK based company, Item arrived from China 2 weeks later. Strangely there was a piece of black tape stuck over the Bose logo on the battery, so it's obviously counterfeit.

It does actually work but I no longer entertain anything that plugs in and charges if it isn't a genuine manufacturer item after an aftermarket Amazon procured laptop charger blew up on me and by the grace of god didn't burn my house down.

Personally I would advise you avoid this outlet as they obviously lie about what they are selling, and aren't up front about their location which makes returns nigh on impossible.

It comes from china and can take 2 weeks or more.
The adaptor described as Original Sony on the website when it arrived it is definitely not a Sony adaptor.
I am not sure i can trust this adaptor to be safe.

I ordered an adapter from this website and whilst waiting for it to arrive read the reviews here, which weren't very positive. I was concerned my item wouldn't arrive, or would not be in the condition described.

However, my item (a 19.5v adapter) arrived as expected in good condition, and has been working (in use daily) for a month now with no issues. Communications with the company were quick and accurate, and I was happy with the service provided.

The only issue I had was with the delivery company they used (Yodel). Yodel's communication was really poor and unreliable, and the parcel arrived several days after they originally told me it would be delivered. I actually didn't mind the longer delivery time, because this item was much cheaper than it would have been from another company, but the information on delivery dates from Yodel kept changing, which was frustrating and confusing.

I wanted to return the item unused and only then discovered that the supplier is based in China, not the UK, so the item has to be returned to the address in China at my own cost since the item was not required. It was not apparent on the website that the purchase is direct from China - the website is a UK domain. Bear this in mind before ordering.

I would give no stars if possible. I ordered a charger that it said on the website would fit my laptop. It came and the plug did not fit my charging port. \i asked to send it back and they messed me around for a couple of weeks asking for photos, (which I sent 3 times). They kept saying they hadn't received them. Liars. They thn told me I had to send the charger back to China.| They are scammers and have the worst customer service ever. They offered me 10% of my payment and said I could keep the charger and sell it. I have to pay the postage to China and really I am not convinced that they would probably say they didn't receive it. Wish I had never bothered with this appalling company

Avoid this company – terrible customer service

I tried to return an adapter that didn’t fit my laptop. Instead of a smooth return process, I was bombarded with emails asking for photos of both the adapter they sent and my original one. They sent a long list of instructions just to avoid covering the return postage.

Even after I sent them a picture showing the adapter was unused and in perfect condition, they continued to hassle me. I got so annoyed that I’ve decided to just sell the adapter on eBay instead.

They’ve effectively “won,” but they’ve lost my business. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. I hope they go under—because they clearly don’t care about customer service.

I needed a mains adapter for my elderly HP laptop. This company's price was half that of the nearest competitor.
I was a bit glum after purchase because the announced likely delivery date was some weeks away; this was unusually bad news, because I believe current trading conditions mean that international deliveries are increasingly widely disrupted.
Happily, the device arrived 11 days after beiing ordered. It fits, and it works.
The speed and quality of their responses to emails has been shatteringly good - they've either got some great people there, or some remarkable AI. or possibly both.
Altogether a very good experience.

I bought a charger from them which look branded and a reasonable price.

Everything was ok until the delivery process when the parcel was delivered to the wrong address, I never receive it.

First, instead of assisting me to solve the issue, I was requested to contact the currier directly. To me that is not acceptable because I did not hire the currier, they did. Then, they provided a picture of a package being inserted in a mailbox, without details of the house number, claiming the good was delivered.

in the course of the process, they ask again to contact the currier, which I reluctantly did and got same useless answer and arguments from the currier they used, to the point I need to contact them several times to take serious actions and raise an investigation.

After 5 days of discussion, plenty of emails and lost hours in a chat based customer service from their currier provider, I am without the good, without the money and my case was not resolved.

I will not recommend anyone to buy from this provider

Total Con artists. Sent the incorrect Adapter, tried to blame me then wanted me to pay to post it back to China at my expense! AVOID

Website advertises genuine ASUS chargers, even showing photos of genuine ASUS chargers and stating that the items are manufactured by ASUS. But that's not what you actually receive. Emails to Customer Service result in bizarre responses, asking for photos and measurements of the delivered charger (even though I had included photos in my first email) and photos of my laptop (not sure why). In reply to one email (which I sent having only just looked at TrustPilot reviews), I was told that those reviews were emotional and biased – strange response to customer complaints about false advertising and mis-sold products. . I was also told that, if I wanted a refund, I would need to return the charger – again, strange response for a mis-sold product.

As a consumer, I believe I ought to be able to trust that the item advertised is the item I will receive. I am concerned that I have given my email address, home address and payment card details to a company that is intentionally mis-selling products – what other deceptive practices are they engaged in? And, I ought to have clear, honest information about who I'm buying from, so that I can avoid any company whose working practices I don’t want to support. From what I’ve been able to find out, this company is not based in the UK. There are too many off-shore sellers pretending to be UK companies and mis-selling products. I will be reporting every one of them I have the misfortune to unwittingly come across to UK Trading Standards. Rather than doing nothing and accepting the loss, I would encourage anyone who has been mis-sold an item by this company (or any other) to contact their credit card company and report them to UK Trading Standard, as I have done.

Unfortunately I did not read the Trustpilot reviews before i parted with my cash.I have received the laptop battery i requested but it is obviously not new.It needed recharging within 3 hours of use !I will try and to reclaim my £70 but I am not hopeful.

As you will have gathered this company is a bogus cheat business selling parts that will probably not work and your complaints will be ignored. So write-off your money ... because you won't get it back.

Absolute scam. They took my money and I never heard anything from them.

Ordered what is clearly stated as an ASUS zen book charger and got a charger that has a warning on it 'Be careful may become hot'. Clearly a fire hazard! I can confirm that it does get really hot. Doesn't charge even close to how quickly my original genuine charger does!

Like everyone else is saying, this company is an absolute sack of shite that lies and doesn't send you what you order.
The part number I wanted is very clearly quoted in the listing, I ordered it, different model sent that doesn't fit, I emailed pictures to prove it, they said I had ordered the wrong one and couldn't get a refund unless I shipped it back to the scam headquarters factory which would cost more than the item.
I'm now out of pocket and very disgruntled, what a waste of time

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. Though the company has a uk url, they appear to be based in and ship items from China and will take a good 12-14 days. This is not a problem if you are not in a hurry. I can’t comment on the quality of the product as mine is not working from the start. I wish I had searched Trustpilot before my purchase.

SCAM - never ever buy from them.
They sold me the wrong charger, not at all the reference I ordered, and just don't care at all. They made me loose a lot of time sending pictures to prove them wrong. I'm so furious and can't even charge my computer because of them. I received incredibles answers to justify that they sent a charger which doesn't fit at all the size of my computers' input. If you want to return the item, you have to pay. Biggest thiefs ever, to avoid absolutely.

The products supplied by this company are quite obviously not genuine parts. I ordered an 'original' Dell laptop battery but what was delivered was quite obviously a copy and therefore a fire risk. I have since ordered an original from Dell UK and am in the process of trying to get a refund from Bo Yuan E-Commerce Co, which is the actual name of the supplier in China.
