Todd, thank you so much for your review and for trusting pawTree with your cat’s nutrition.
Regarding the Joint Support Plus formula update, the change was made as part of an enhancement to incorporate Eggshell Membrane and Collagen Peptides. During that transition, the inactive oil ingredient temporarily changed from cod liver oil to canola oil. After further evaluation, we updated the formula again to use MCT Oil (Fractionated Coconut Oil) to improve the overall nutritional quality of the chews.
Please know the chews remain just as effective and continue to work in the same way. MCT Oil is a healthy, less processed fat source that is easily absorbed by the body, and we’re always committed to thoughtfully improving our products while maintaining the quality and efficacy pet parents expect from pawTree.

If I could leave zero Stars I would I haven't even heard of this site and woke up this morning to like 40 different emails from them including one that said that I was being subscribed I don't know what it is my dog has allergies so I don't just buy random crap off the internet for him.

You need to upgrade your page where if something is out of stock. You charge customer don't offer a refund . When I call support team they simply say you will ship it when you are back in stock. Oh sorry don't know when it will be in-stock.
Then are your shipping when a customer/me spends $300 to $400 per order . Either spend more on certain products and then can ship free .
Confused and frustrated.

Loved it UNTIL
Fletcher loved the freeze dried chicken UNTIL the garbanzo beans were no longer ground up but rather left kinda chunky. She would leave a mess in her eating area, as she ate around the beans. We got the turkey flavor. She will eat it when she is hungry but often skips meals. She weighs less than 10 pounds. I do not think it is healthy for her to skip meals. Yes, we add seasonings but it doesn’t make a difference.
Your customer service is amazing. Always helpful and friendly and I appreciate that.
