Misleading pricing and unprofessional service
On their website, breast augmentation is advertised as “starting from £7,800,” but this is false advertising. I consulted with them last August, and they were still showing this outdated price. After paying the £250 consultation fee, I was told, “Oh, that’s an old quote; we forgot to update it on our website,” and the actual price was £8,500 in London, or £8,200 in a location far from the city center.
When I asked about the discrepancy, the representative insisted that £8,500 “is still starting from £7,800,” which is absurd. The quote I received was £8,500, and when I asked what the extra cost covered, they confirmed in writing: “Apologies for the confusion, this is an old price and they have since increased.” This clearly shows the higher price was not due to my case but simply because the website had not been updated.
Even knowing their website is misleading, they make no effort to correct it. On top of that, the customer service was unprofessional and dismissive. I strongly recommend communicating only via email to have everything in record.
