I needed a pair of boots on the hurry up and didn't have time to mess around looking for a company that had them in stock. Sent email to patrol store and received a reply from "Cameron" within 10 minutes!! Boots ordered within a couple of minutes of message!!

Brilliant service from a company that does what it says it will...............!!!

I recently bought a pair of magnum cobra boots, I emailed a question and receive a prompt informative phone call, I was kept right up to date with progress telling me the item had been selected the with the courier and telling me when the item would be delivered. The order was placed on by Monday and the boots were delivered by lunch on the Wednesday.
Very well done guys great customer service experience, thank you

I would highly recommend Patrol Store..great items..great service...great quality...fast shipping...customer care excellent..I cant fault them.

Patrol Store have always been at the forefront of reliable internet retailers with their quality, choice and customer service combined with regular special offers. The descriptions are detailed and accurate with plenty of alternate views of the products such as boots.
Their delivery company inform you when the item is being delivered and even give you a time window and you can keep checking on how far away the driver is which is very handy if you can't be in all day.

Quick and easy service and boots are great. Thank you

Wary of buying shoes 'blind' on the internet. Shouldn't have worried - Patrol Store 'Grafters' Boots were exactly as advertised, light, comfortable, perfect fit and excellent value for money. Product was securely wrapped and shipped very fast. Faultless service, highly recommended.

i have bought elite spider 8.0 black for work , they are brilliant, very light and comfortable. look amazing and smart.
I work in a very demanding environment and some time i have to sprint to get to an incident and these are really good and responsive.
highly recommended.

This key is great I bought it recently as the one we are issued with are far too small, this fits nicely in your fingers and is easy to open the cuffs with. No more fiddling with a small key for me!!

From navigating the page to right through to delivery I've not been on a more efficient site, easy to use site- ordering made easy & delivery was next working day.... what more could you ask for!!
Email communication was perfect advising of the correct order details and when delivery would take place.
Definitely recommend to all.

First time shopping with the store and I was impressed with the item ordered and the speed of its arrival. Many thanks

This is a fantastic website that has all you could need for feeling 'properly dressed' when out on the beat.

I had an issue with my boots that i purchased from the patrol store 10 months ago. I contacted Reece from the store whom asked me about the problem and spoke with the manufacturer. It turns out it was a design fault and so i was sent a brand new pair which arrived the following day. I was so impressed with the speedy professional service, i would definitely recommend them to anyone

Very helpful right from the start. I eventually needed to order three different sizes to get the right fit, but the process, including the eventual refunds went without a hitch. When I said that the laces of the boots were a little on the short side, a new pair of laces arrived in the post the next day! Ok, they were the same length as the originals but a faultless service I think you'll agree!
All in all, a great company that goes out of its way to find out what you need then goes about providing it.
