Parts People Omdömen

I was treated professionally and got what I needed fast.

Excellent service! Received my part quickly and it fit perfectly. I will absolutely be using parts people again. Thank you!

The upper and bottom cover of my Dell laptop were broken after falling on the Floor. Parts people adviced me which parts I should buy and I got the missing parts in excellent price.
I replaced the upper and bottom covers of my laptop with the new parts I received from Parts People and now my Laptop looks like new, much better than before the falling.
So, I recommend Parts People for their great service and good prices.

All good. Delivery intact and complete.

Parts are installed, with a drive and memory upgrade, it's up and running better than new. Thank you!, excellent packaging and very timely shipping. Very informed representative helped the purchase out, smooth all around.

Got it fast and worked like it was supposed too

The part I needed (battery for 11-3168) was easy to find on the website and for a good price. It arrived quickly and in perfect condition.

The package arrived, damaged today and the heat sink was bent, with some kinks in it. Bent it back but has some marks and dents in it. Hope it works, I know the part was only 15 dollars just the point on how the delivery was handle by the carriers involved

This was a very good product, It was install and running smoothly. Thank you and keep up the good work.

SSD fit perfectly and greatly improved my laptop's speed and performance. It's been my travel computer since 2015 and with the keyboard and SSD it's like brand new again. Thanks

I arrive on time and products are perfect
excellent service.

congrat

This was the first time I had ever sent anything off to get repaired and the customer service, the details of what needed to be fixed, the honesty of what should be repaired, but could get by without it. Absolutely incredible! Especially the gentleman in the repair department I think his name was Michael. Just absolute top notch all around!

Replaced hard drive

Excellent customer service! Turn around response after I left out item, they included it in original order with no problem since it hadn't been shipped out. Parts were perfect.

You guys are simply THE best. I'm so glad I stumbled onto your company, for my Dell Latitude ATG D630 parts needs. I now have an old but new D630, with your help. I cannot thank you enough. Your honesty made it all possible for me. Peace ✌.

Quick and easy! Shipped quick also! Website looks a little sketchy but i had a friend that swears by it and he was right!

Product came as described, and fits perfectly.

I do wish the shipping was slightly faster, however, excellent service overall!

Package arrived in good order and my new battery works a treat. There was some delay at the Australian end of the delivery. Not sure why.

Very fast shipping and everything exactly as described.

The part came fast and in great condition I will definitely be ordering from this company again and again. They are very reasonably priced.
