Ordered for my son - great service

Great service. I ordered a Sweatshirt and T-shirt for my son as a birthday gift. The size was spot on and the quality was great. He really likes the brand and I would definitely consider buying some Parlez stuff for myself now I know about it.

Great clothes. great service

Bought a hoodie and jacket for my boyfriend. He absolutely loves them - and really nice quality as well. I had to return one for a different size, but it was no problem at all and the service was great.

Really awful quality-

Really awful quality-
Sweatshirt £80, shrunk and crispy after 1 wash.
Ordered shorts in M, too small so sent back. Ordered different shorts in L, so big I could use as a tent.
T shirt- material seems so so cheap, ruined after one wash and thread unravelling.

Don’t bother!!!!

Misleading info on website

Ordered from the netherlands. On their website, Parlez stated to have “amazing shipping costs” and “no hidden costs”, which persuaded me to order. Onfortunately the hoodie was too large, so i wanted to return it and of course to pay the shipping fee myself. However, shipping costs suddenly were € 48. Ridiculous and misleading information from Parlez on their website. Customer service didnt come up with a solution and didnt even respond to my comment on their misleading website pop-up. Will never order again from Parlez.

4 repeated emails before refund for a return label I didn't ask for

Ordered a sweatshirt that didn't fit, so had to return. I followed the return instructions on the Parlez website to try and get a return address. In the end I was charged for a return label - I didn't need one and at no point requested one. This is only a minor problem in itself but it took 4 repeated emails to Parlez for them to refund the £2.99 postage label I hadn't asked for. EDIT: They're now claiming that they were waiting to me to "confirm" I'd used my own postage label before refunding me. This is untrue as I'd told them very clearly before that I'd used my own postage label. EDIT: They're also now claiming they didn't receive my first 3 emails. This is pretty obviously untrue as they replied to every single one.

So sorry you had a bad experience.

We try and respond to customers as quickly as possible but as I am sure you can understand it is a very busy time of year.

We responded to your original email within half and hour and then we refunded the £2.99 as soon as you confirmed you had not used the return label which we provided and instead used you own shipping method.

I am not sure where the other 3 email went but we did not receive them and it was not made clear in either correspondence that you had not used the return label we provided.

Poor quality clothes, poor quality service

Shame to write this review because I love the design of the Parlez clothes, but my experience was terrible.

Ordered a £75 sweatshirt which arrived fairly promptly. However, the quality was dreadful, could tell it was poorly made out of cheap material so I sent it back.

I could see that it had arrived back at the Parlez warehouse and been signed for on the royal mail tracking website. After waiting weeks with no refund I contacted Parlez customer support who basically told me in poorly phrased emails that they had never received it and I would have to go to Royal Mail for a refund on the lost package. However this isn't possible because it was clearly signed for at the correct address. Leaving me £75 out of pocket for a poorly made sweatshirt and having to deal with the terrible customer service.

All in all bad experience, would not recommend. I would suggest going to a third party shop to buy Parlez but the quality of the clothes isn't good enough for the massive price tag - just pick something else instead.

Thanks for your recent email.

I am sorry to hear you do not like our sweatshirts, they are made from 400gram loop back jersey and 99% of our customers like the quality of our garments.

With regard to the returns issue, your parcel was lost by Royal Mail.

Due to the current covid restrictions they are signing all deliveries at the depot and not getting actual signatures when items are delivered. If a parcel has not been received at our warehouse a claim needs to be made with Royal Mail to get the money back. We have done a sweep of the warehouse and checked all our returns records and couId not located it. We know this is an inconvenience and not ideal but sadly is the only course of action in this case.

If you have any issues getting your refund please get in contact again and sorry you have not been happy with our customer service but there is not a great deal more we can do in this instance.

Absolutely first class customer service . Received the wrong item but they could not have been more helpful . Both postal charges refunded and so nice , friendly and efficient .
Sent another item out immediately . Could not be happier

Ordered a shirt for my son for…

Ordered a shirt for my son for Christmas. Wrong size had been sent. Initially I was cross but they responded really quickly and apologised for their error. Return postage was refunded and correct size sent out with a little gift thrown in. Very happy with how they dealt with this. My son loves their clothes by the way.

Wrong item sent.

I ordered a shirt from parlez clothing and they sent the wrong product. The company didn’t even attach a return slip. I will never buy from them again

Hat arrived not as pictured - poor customer service

Hat arrived not as pictured, contacted customer service. Reply offered no apology, instead a patronising reply 'It is exactly the same design but has a more subtle use of colours to reflect the autumn season' - as if it's completely normal to override a customer's colour choice to mark the changing of the seasons.

Cannot recommend enough!

Unfortunately my parcel went missing. I messaged the help email on the website and within 30 minutes I had a response, they contacted dpd to find out what had happened, offered me a replacement and posted to arrive the next day.

Fantastic service is an understatement along with really high quality clothes. T i ordered is comparible to Carhartt quality.

Poor quality and average customer service

first order I made with parlez was wrong and what I ordered wasn't what I received, when I contacted them about this I had no reply at all. I regrettedly ordered again from them as I was really impressed with their latest hoodie however after a day the stitching started to undo and in fact whilst the materials were great quality the finishing was fairly poor.
