Great service.
Easy to book a service appointment by phone. The work was carried out promptly and Wayne, the engineer who carried out the work, was pleasant, listened to my explanation of the problem with my scooter and then explained what he had done.

I went into the recently opened shop in Armthorpe a couple of weeks ago and explained to Amy what is was I needed to query. She was very helpful and gave me a catalogue to take home to view. My return to the shop resulted in getting the information and item I needed . Amy was very professional in her offers of what was available. Friendly and positive, knew exactly what it was I required. No nonsense approach . Brilliant service I felt quite at ease in buying the correct item for what I needed. I would recommend this shop and products even if its just advice that's needed

New Mobility scooter & Recliner Chair
Popped in today to look for a new mobility scooter, I spoke with Berni, WoW what a lovely lady, from the very beginning right through to the end, absolutely wonderful experience explained everything very clearly to me, so much so I also bought a new recliner chair too...
I would most definitely recommend Parkgate Mobility Batley, to anyone looking for mobility products, speak to Berni she will most certainly help you with any questions you may have..

Service above and beyond.
On entering the premises we were greeted by Adrian very helpful and enthusiastic about the equipment we wanted to look at, nothing was too much trouble looking through website to see which other shop had products we liked.
Second visit to look and arrange delivery of goods was just has good with an estimated delivery time of a week but by the time we were home he rang to say he had managed to arrange a delivery within a couple of days so service above and beyond thank you so much Adrian.

Excellent service, good price
I was looking for a refurbished Kymco K-Lite FE and went into Parkgate's Wakefield shop. They did not have one in stock but Adrian found one within the company and had it brought into the Wakefield shop the following day.
I went back to look at it and after a bit of negotiation, he gave me such a good price that I bought it. Lovely guy, very helpful and fair. Highly recommend.

Wayne came out today to repair my TGA…
Wayne came out today to repair my TGA Breeze S4 front end after having an accident. He had done an amazing job couldn't really tell I had an accident in it. Not only that Wayne also went that little further and attended to the tracking and the rear shocks and now my scooter rides a lot smoother and turns a lot better. Thanks Wayne for your hard work safe journey home

Wayne Gave Great Service
Wayne called today to replace the ignition lock on my wife's mobility scooter. He was very friendly and helpfull. The repair was completed quickly. We are very pleased with the service received.
