I visited the Bramley branch today and was served by a lovely lady called Christine.
She was so helpful, clearly knew what she was doing and was able to demonstrate the equipment to myself and my husband.
She was down to earth and made us feel completely at ease and and comfortable to ask any questions.

We visited the Batley store and was assisted on both occasions by Berni. She was very knowledgeable regarding which mobility scooter would suit me. There was no hard sell at all. I am a larger lady and i felt very confortable discussing my needs with her. Would highly recommend this company and Berni was a delight!

Mobility Scooter Home Service
I had a Mobility Scooter service, carried out at home by Mick in the Wakefield Area. It was carried out very professionally, he explained well the condition of the scooter and requirements that were needed with a friendly smile. I will definitely use them again 👍

Berni made our experience confusion and pain free. We got a wonderful carbon fibre electric wheelchair and the added bonus of finding some stylish comfortable shoes too! Great explanation and demonstration too, 100% recommend!

Amazing kindness and service
The guys went out of their way to get my mum a petite rise and recliner chair as soon as possible! We had it at the house within an hour of calling in to the shop! She loves it. Peace of mind
I have been with Parkgate mobility for about two years and am very happy with them. The office staff and engineers are lovely, they look after me, I don't need to worry about a thing. I was delighted when Parkgate opened a shop in Crystal Peaks, I live nearby. Nick who runs it is great, he is friendly and helpful, he will check my tyres and even Polish my scooter. I sometimes call in and have a coffee with him, I've seen how he is with customers, he's friendly and helpful, he checks their requirements and suggests what is right for their disability. He has a lot of very happy customers 😀 👍🦽

Visit to Wakefield store
Visited the Wakefield store. We were greeted by Adrian even before we got inside. We were looking for advice on scooters for my mother. The service he gave us was outstanding. He gave helpful practical and sensible advice throughout. He didn't try and upsell and we choose the scooter most suitable to my mothers needs. Excellent service and would recommend. Thank you.

The most disappointing aspect of
The most disappointing aspect of this visit was not a single member of staff's behaviour—it was the overall culture that appeared to exist within the branch.
My sister and her husband visited shortly before the late May Bank Holiday and encountered staff who seemed completely disengaged from their responsibilities. Customers were ignored on arrival, with no greeting or acknowledgement offered.
One member of staff remained focused on her mobile phone while customers waited nearby, while two others spent their time engaged in loud personal conversations. The use of inappropriate language and the obvious lack of attention to customers created an atmosphere that felt more like a social gathering than a professional business.
Customer service is not complicated. Customers should be welcomed, treated respectfully, and assisted when needed. On this visit, none of those basic expectations were met.
The parking difficulties only added to an already negative experience. For many customers, simply accessing the store appears to be becoming a challenge in itself.
What is particularly concerning is that similar feedback has been shared by other local residents. If multiple customers are reporting the same issues, management should recognise that there is a genuine problem requiring attention.
The overall impression was of a branch where standards have slipped significantly and where customer experience is no longer a priority. Unless action is taken, it is difficult to see how long-standing customers will continue to support the business.

A Great Stress Free Professional Experience.
Wayne attended today and showed lots of knowledge. He was friendly, reassuring and knew the issue as soon as he started testing. Wayne showed what component had failed and repaired the defect quickly and efficiently. Having tested the repair back in he found that the drive lever was also loose and tightened that up as well.
Excellent service from the start.
Even booking an engineer's visit was easy and professionally dealt with.
An great stress free experience all round.
