Had my mobility scooter serviced today by an amazing guy called Philip he was very pleasant and polite and nothing to much trouble he also explained all what he had done and checked deffinatly would recommend this guy and hopefully if I need them again I get the same guy thanks again Philip

Wayne came and told him my problems with the scooter and he fixed it for me a credit to your team

I entered the shop in Ponterfract with a heavy heart where I met Helen, a lady so warm and gentle to help me with all possible information, I don't know enough English she explained everything to me in detail... Helen had an unimaginable patience with me, talking for about an hour... Very well trained and finding a solution for anything. If you want to convince yourself go to Ponterfract you will not regret it. Thank you Helen... you made me feel like a normal person....,and Keith, Castleford, helped me with order completion, I feel like a normal person on two legs.Thank you in advance for the help given, and congratulations to the company for such sincere personnel who deserve a bonus....

The door to door service is above and beyond. Very quick in dealing with any problems. After our service on the motability scooter we needed new batteries, rather than leave us in the lurch, Wayne sorted some temporary ones and returned a week later with brand new ones. A very professional and friendly service, quick to respond to queries. I would highly recommend this company.

Adrian at Wakefield branch was very helpful and friendly customer service was excellent ,Wayne the technician rang to give us a price before doing repair to make sure we were happy with it .Would recommend and will certainly use again

I went into the Parkgate mobility shop in Castleford today and was served by Keith. We looked at mobility scooters and I was able to try some out. Keith had good customer service. He explained about each scooter and gave a a booklet to take away .

Kevin Anderson from Parkgate came out to service my partners mobility scooter this morning. He was polite professional and gave the scooter a good thorough service.

Very friendly staff which made the whole process a lot easier to deal with. All the information I needed regarding purchasing a mobility scooter was given with out asking. Great prices and very happy with the product. All the correct questions were asked in order to find the right one to suit my disability needs and maintain my independence.
I was treated with nothing but respect and dignity. Shown how to fold and put the scooter back together in order to take it with me where I need to go. It was like having my own personalised care in the service which was provided

Adrian as the Wakefield branch was an Absolutely wonderful chap he helped my partner pick a mobility-scooter catering to her needs and really helped feel at ease with a bit of language. The knowledge of everything too was great as this aspect answered a lot of questions on particular models that what would be best for what it was needed for. I would recommend this place

My new powered wheelchair needed a couple of adjustments,phillip the parkgate engineer was excellent,sorted everything for me and
kept me informed what he was doing.
Also thanks to the lady in customer services for sorting appoinment for me.

Phillip serviced my Mums scooter.After a ride round to Claycross then Tibshelf .Phillip was very pleasant and polite and helpful.

An engineer called Phillip came to look at a residents wheelchair which unfortunately couldn't be fixed on the spot, but he did check it very thoroughly. He is going to arrange a loan wheelchair, which will arrive when the residents chair is being picked up. He was very polite and thoughtful, treating the resident and staff with respect and honesty, he comes across as a very approachable and friendly person, thank you.

Looking for a collapsable seated walker that would fit into a car boot . Sadly replaces the golf bag ! Now . I had no idea what was in the market . Lucky we met Glenys at the Arnold shop ... great knowledge and customer care ,explained options,demo'd kit . Let us try in in the car boot . Couldnt have been happier . Superb service and a loverly member of staff

Adrian from the Wakefield branch helped my 88 yr old aunt with a tripod walking stick. He also gave advice on the right height of her existing stick which she had been using wrong. Adrian was friendly, helpful and didn’t push for a purchase although she did buy it as she was happy with the product. We came by recommendation of a family member.

We were supported by Adrian at Wakefield branch and he could not have been more helpful. He was highly informative, polite and courteous throughout. He gave us a thorough induction into the use of the chair and likely we would return when considering purchasing. Excellent representative of the company.

The service Engineer, Kevin Anderson called when he was 5 minutes away from my dads house to let us know he was on his way. He did a very thorough job and called me to explain everything he had done. My dad said he was very polite and courteous.

I contacted Parkgate Mobility to book a service. The telephone staff were bright, cheerful, and very helpful, and they repeatedly checked that I fully understood what was involved with the service of my mobility scooter. Philip was the engineer that came to complete the service, and he was a friendly & very conscientious worker; he explained what the service entailed and treated my scooter with great care. He even gave it a light waxing, which I consider to be going the extra mile, he is a credit to his company , I highly recommend him and his company.

I first contacted this company, a couple or so years ago, to arrange a stairlift taking out of my relatives house, and fitting in my house. They arranged and completed the job quickly and efficiently.

I have since then, had Fred come to service the stairlift. When calling to make the appointments, I have not had long to wait, I am given a morning or afternoon and the engineer calls about 30 mins prior, to let me know he is on the way.
Fred is friendly, works diligently and quietly and makes sure everything is running smoothly and as it should be.
I have no hesitation in recommending Parkgate as a Company and Fred in particular.

Adrian at the Wakefield site was very helpful when we had gone in on Thursday 9th April. Needed to find a wheel chair for my mum and he was very knowledgeable.
