Very good experience in sending international parcel. This was my second parcel and i am immensely pleased with their services. Their mumbai staff (Sakina & Nadeem) are very polite and cooperative . No hassles at all. Everything including packing of the box was taken care of by Parcelchief representative and to say - the parcel was received safely in Canada within 6-7 days and absolutely as we sent it. no damaged box or damaged items .
