Mardi Gras cruise booking process
Having seen an advert on Facebook, I wanted more information. I rang and spoke to Robin, who answered all my queries - he was knowledgeable having done the trip himself - and happy to spend as long as it took to answer my questions. I hope the holiday is as good as the booking process.

Booking our dream holiday was an absolute delight thanks to Caitlin - incredibly helpful, knowledgable and very patient in preparing our tailor made itinerary and all the small changes and tweaks and questions were never an issue. Quick and easy
From the initial inquiry to booking was very quick and simple. Both Caitlin and Tina were very helpful. It will be my first cruise so hopefully I will enjoy it and will leave further feedback after.

Caitlin was wonderful
Caitlin was wonderful, so quick at sending quotes to us and answering any queries. Have booked a cruise and stay to Alaska next year.
We were very close to booking with another company, but we found out that transfers were not included in several crucial places, like airport transfers. Something we have never experienced before, in all our years of travelling worldwide.
We are also getting a better train journey with Paramount. Staying in Banff rather than Seattle, that was offered with the other company.
I will write another review after our trip.

South America and Antarctica
Our cruise to south America and Antarctica with two hotel stays and flights is costing the same as just the cruise if I booked direct with cruise line. Caitlin is a pleasure to work with, she is clear and friendly in her communication and always follows up any verbal information with an email confirming the details.
