Sean at Paramo customer services could not have been more helpful in listening to my comments and advising me about shape and sizing of a jacket. He also helped me to try another size to be sure I could choose the correct size for me. I greatly appreciated his advice and also his understanding that it was important to get the right sized Paramo jacket.

Popped into the Keswick store to look at the smock jackets, Andy couldn’t have been more helpful. He advised on fit, washing and re-proofing, and features of the jacket. We would totally have looked at the wrong size without his help. Couldn’t recommend popping in and speaking to the staff enough. Great range of sizes and styles in store also.

We visited the Paramo store in Keswick. The sales person, Andy, was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and patient. He explained the technology behind the efficiency of the jackets really well and advised us on what to wear underneath them to ensure optimum performance. He wanted to make sure that we had the best coats for the activities we do. Andy took the time to show us all the features on each jacket. The coats we bought are are superb quality and we are looking forward to trying them out. Thank you, Andy. Top service.

I’m disabled and recently bought a paramo hoody. Unfortunately, I had difficulty with the zip; which was more than likely due to my disability rather than a design or manufacturing flaw. Paramo customer services were excellent; sympathetic, very efficient & customer orientated. I highly recommend the company.

Staff all v pleasant and patient. Lots of money to part with so makes a difference when they go through everything meticulously. Very knowledgeable and did not feel pressured to make a decision. All round great folks. Bonus points to Andy for being Scottish, even if he is from Paisley!!!

Great service from the Keswick store, staff friendly and knowledgable, we spend a lot of time in the mountains and have been using Paramo clothing for over 30 years, it’s very hard wearing supper functional and lasts forever, great both on and off the mountains. Well done paramo, keep doing what you do.

The customer service was unreal, Andy was very helpful in the fitting and thoroughly explained all the benefits the jacket provided and was happy to chat away about his own experiences using the jacket and other brands that he had previously used. He also explained how to wash the jacket and what to wash it with.
