Great product, poor courier
The help from Paper Cups Direct to select the correct products was very good. The product I required was excellent and ordering was easy.
Overall, a very intuitive process with great people.
The courier, however, did not deliver “next day” as paid for and the box with my items was damaged during transit. Suggest they look at a better courier.

Sorry about your bad experience with this product. This is unusual to hear about one of our double wall cups.
We will raise this with the supplier, because a double wall cup should have good heat insulation compared to a single wall cup.

Sorry for your experience, we do believe that the driver could have done a bit of investigation and delivered with more common sense.
But unfortunately any small error with an address is likely to cause issues with couriers.
We have now resent the order out with the full correct address.
Poor customer service
so we ordered disposable coffee cups and lids from this website and had the wrong lids turn up,
when you put the cups in the baskets the website asks if you want to add lids,
after 3-4 days and many phone calls i finally get a email response saying its impossible for the website to make a mistake.
so for the sake of sending out the correct lids they would rather your business.
defiantly taking my business elsewhere and would encourage other people to do the same.
very poor customer service.

On the add they said it’s twist burger wrap but when I received it was normal greed proof paper. Selling wrong stuff. Not happy.
