Excellent Products and Service
I’ve ordered multiple prints and frames from paper collective over the years and have always been impressed with the quality of everything. For the first time, a frame I ordered arrived damaged from shipping (understandable with a glass item traveling so far). I reached out and the paper collective team handled the issue quickly and kindly. Top quality products and top notch service.

Lovely prints and very helpful customer…
Lovely prints and very helpful customer service. Extremely prompt responses to queries. Experience slightly marred by poor quality large frame which they quickly replaced; also FedEx approached me twice for customs fees which the Paper Collective dealt with. So quite a few small headaches but Paper Collective customer service was great and their prints are unusual and high quality- beautiful colours

Wrinkled
Unfortunately, a corner of the print was wrinkled. The carton package was wrinckled there too. Once framed, it luckily dissapeared behind the passe-partout. For the rest, we are satisfied.

Dear Leen
Thank you very much for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your print arrived with a wrinkled corner — that’s not the experience we want for our customers. We’re glad to know the damage wasn’t visible once framed and that you’re otherwise happy with your purchase.
We truly appreciate your understanding and your kind words. For the future, if you experience this problem with one of our forwarders again, then please write to us via our customercare@papercollective.com mail and then we will make sure to reship you a new order asap.

Mooie posters
