I bought a composite door from Panoramic and am very happy with it.
They had a wide range of styles and colours and could show me how it would look on the house. They have quite a few different front doors to see in their showroom.
The installation itself only took a few hours and caused very little disruption.
I would use them again if i have another project in the future.

Panoramic installed an Endurance door at my house in December last year. We got a good price and a very nice door. The installation was done quickly and 6 months later we are still happy with our purchase! I would happily recommend Panoramic to anyone looking for a front door around Bristol.

Fabulous experience with Panoramic from start to finish.
I felt supported throughout the whole project, from design to completion and am so pleased with our new outhouse door and window.
All communication regarding timescales and invoicing was highly efficient and the fitter was extremely professional, super friendly and supportive.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this company and would definitely use them again in the future.

Not a great experience. Handles we had chosen and agreed by the rep we discovered could not be provided on the porch door, visit required to showroom required to resolve. Then we get another call about the maple leaf obscure glass we chose that it would have to be installed horizontally not vertically. Another visit to showroom to resolve. Given a surveyor had attended to validate the requirements written up by rep and deposit paid on basis of our requirements I suggested we should consider cancelling order and suddenly a resolution found.

On day of install a disgruntled installer arrived and first words the porch will not fit into house. A suggested call to office and he begrudgingly called a colleague to assist the install. He then found he had left some of the glass back at head office.

Once installed porch door and window we identified some poor work which Panoramic sent out a snag fixer to resolve.

In the past Panoramic installed 8 windows at our house with no issues but this time they completely let us down and we are very disappointed

Superb Product and Service once again from Panoramic Windows. I am absolutely delighted with my new Porch Windows. Justin who fitted my new windows is an extremely talented and experienced window fitter and his attention to detail is fantastic. 8 years ago I also purchased a new composite front door and hall window for my house and the excellent level of service was identical. People will tend to complain when things go badly but far less so when they go well. So I want to recognise the latter and the good relationship we have had with Panoramic over what is now 10 years.

Moreover, if one looks to provide a reference, recommendation or endorsement, doing this within a short period of installation may not give the best indication of the reliability and commitment of the company.

We had doors and windows installed during a full bungalow renovation in the spring of 2014 and yes, it was a big order. Our son also had his replaced by Panoramic at the same time. We had some problems; there was a misunderstanding with the builder on patio door aperture size, we had a small blemish on a UPVC frame and a handle or two were not quite to standard but, these were all quickly attended to.

Further down the line we did have one or two issues, and indeed, one very recently but the key point is this: Every time and even within months, probably weeks of the 10 year guarantee expiration, Panoramic have welcomed our service calls, been polite, attentive and dealt with our problems. Their service guys, Pete and Jack always came punctually, smiling and represented their company professionally and courteously.

I’ve always maintained: “Things go wrong, it’s how they’re dealt with that matters”. Panoramic dealt with them very well and I’m very satisfied with the service they’ve shown me and am happy to recommend them wholeheartedly.

An absolute shambles of a company. When the sales representative attended we stated our concerns about the poor reviews and we're reassured that new fitting teams had been employed.
However our experience has been awful, our windows have been manufactured and fitted to a terrible standard, our concerns have been disregarded and they now have the audacity to continue to seek further payment.
Avoid at all costs.

Very happy with our new beautiful rose collection upvc sash windows.
They have brought back the character to our Victorian cottage which was previously fittted with casement windows.
From our first point of contact with their friendly sales team, placing the order, survey, installation and follow up appointments they have all been wonderful and provided excellent service and excellent communication throughout. It has been much more reassuring to deal with a small, local and trusted company after having some initial dealings with bigger nationwide window company. We have ended up with the best windows we could ask for and at the right price. Cannot recommend Panoramic enough.

Have used this company a number of times over the years and very happy with quality of product and fitting. Disappointed this time with design process, which felt unimaginative. With no discussion at survey, supplement of about 5% was added to the quote for ‘marine coating’ as we are ‘within 3 miles of a tidal river’, which applies to most of Bristol. Ensuing discussions felt quite threatening and it was only the cost and time involved that stopped us from backing out. A few communication issues too with fitting dates, queries and payment. Not sure we will use again, or recommend as we have in the past.

We have now just had the final downstairs window put in as we wanted to stagger the installations. Panomramic did such an excellent job on the first batch of windows that there was no question as to whom we would get to install this last impressive looking window. Once again they have been able to match the style and look of the older windows.

Windows are good so far, can really see a difference from my old ones. Was a quick installation once they were fitting the windows, it took 1.5 days. When I spoke to the team they were mostly friendly.
Poor communication, had to chase 3 times for installation info. Was told different dates. They were waiting for the parts to arrive for 2 months but I had no idea.
Had a personal stress of a pet going through a operation when they called first time re installation, person was like a robot. Felt like I had to apologise even though it couldn't be helped.
Probably wouldn't use again, very frustrating having to chase installation info after paying a large deposit.

Faultless service from the minute we walked through the door. Suzanne was patient with our questions, fully explained everything and there was no hard sell (as my previous quote had been). The price was fair and my new door was fitted ahead of schedule with no mess and a speedy follow up appointment to fit a new handle as it was slightly scratched. Communication throughout was excellent and we are delighted with our smart new door. Thank you to all involved.

I have used this company for a door and double glazing with no problems at all. Right from the start I have never felt pressured into buying anything. All employees have been courteous and put up with me asking those 'stupid' questions. The work was done efficiently with minimal impact to my home and the areas left tidy afterwards. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Our installation of 10 windows (circa £14k)
• Installers arrived on the agreed date of Monday June 5th.
• Monday installers left site at 1pm
• Tuesday installers left site at 12:30pm
• Wednesday advised that they were busy and would return on Thursday
• Thursday installers left site at 1pm
• Friday installers left site at 1pm advising that they would be back on Monday.
• At this point:
The glass in the bathroom was clear rather than translucent
The bedroom glass was damaged
The external trim on all windows hadn’t even been started
The internal trim on the windows except the bathroom and bedroom has not been started
We were advised that the 5 sash windows at the front of the building had a fault whereby the bottom sash could not be opened.
• Monday - no show (my day wasted)
• Tuesday - no show (my day wasted)
• Wednesday contacted Panoramic - no reply
• Thursday called again asking why we were being ignored.
• The scaffolding we were obliged to put up (only mentioned after signing the contract) had to come down due to the imminent start of the Glastonbury Festival. As the external finishing had not been completed we urged Panoramic to complete this task. When we finally got a call we were arrogantly told that we should be grateful that they had responded and they would send somebody out.
• A subcontractor came out on the Friday completely unaware of the situation. A best effort was made although at a later had to be redone and has now failed again (see below) and is outstanding.
• At this point it had also become clear that 2 of the sash windows were in the wrong place (ie. One was too small for the opening and one was too large). The windows were changed over at a later date however they are damaged from being moved.
• We were promised that the installers would be with us shortly and deal with all issues. A subcontractor turned up a few days later and only completed the external trim of the windows. (My day wasted)
• The contract was for 10 windows in total, however 80% of the cost was for the sash windows at the front of the building where the bottom sashes could not be opened. As we were advised that the issue was only concerning the bottom windows, we opened the top sash on one of the windows. A few minutes later we heard a bang followed a few minutes later by a second whereby the the top sash came crashing down. Each sash weighs around 40 kg. It was only by luck that somebody was not hurt. The force was such that one of the metal sliders pierced the double glazed glass units and had to be replaced. We have subsequently found out that Panoramic were aware of the health and safety risks but did not advise us.

Everyone we engaged with was polite, professional and so helpful. Process for purchasing our new front door through to installation was really easy and we’re so happy with the quality of the finished product - thank you!

This is not a customer friendly company. They are economical with the truth, ignore requests for information, do not return calls and have poor processes in place. Their ISO standards appear just to be a piece of paper and not something they strive to deliver. I would not recommend them. They need to improve their customer interface. They need to promptly return calls, answer emails and deliver the service that is expected of them.

All went like clockwork from start to finish. Installation team were quick and efficient. Quality of installation was great with no impact to any of the existing decor. Overall great job - bravo
