Placed order online for some oak slatted panels and screws. Panels turned up nice and prompt but no screws. Sent two emails asking for update on the screws but no response at all. Glad the panels were ok because if I can’t get a response on items not delivered can’t imagine a response on damaged or wrong items would be any better.

Good quality panels and fast delivery with excellent customer service.

Panels and trim came damaged , I have tried to contact them with no response very poor service. don’t touch them

Arrived on time but 4 of 6 packages had damage .
Once opened 2 of the panels had damage.
Luckily my carpenter was able to adapt the damaged pieces so work wasn’t held up .
Have tried contacting company but no reply to email so far .

Bought 2 packs of WPC panels from them, came with broken box, all the corner is broken, contact them for 3 days, their phone number is always busy, emails never replied, online chat just not existed,

I would suggest people check the review before you buy from them, it was just shockingly bad with their service.

The panels are good quality and competitively priced. We ordered the blue panels which created a really great feature wall in the bedroom. Easy to install. Customer service was great with quick, positive replies to queries. Many thanks.

Stunning product ....uses it in my entrance hall. Thinking of doing it in my main bedroom as well. Love the colour and the service was brilliant. Highly recommend... 5 stars definitely!!

Great service. Good stock and good value

Requested a sample for a new kitchen project. Sample arrived safe and sound. We were very impressed with the finish and quality of the product.

A really good product first and foremost, but the customer service was great which is often overlooked nowadays. 2 box’s of panels and the adhesive we damaged during delivery, I sent photos as evidence and they quickly refunded me. Would definitely use them again, the panels looks great.

I gave them 2 stars and thats only for the quality of the product. Their communication and customer service response times are truly awful. I placed an order in August 2025 and when I enquired after a month where the order was I was told they've had to be remade as the colour was wrong. That's fine but I had to chase them to get the information. I was also annoyed they took the payment in full but at no point during the transaction was it mentioned they weren't even in stock. Forward to Dec 19th and they finally arrive but only 60% of my order. Then it took another month for remaining items to arrive and all communication was originating from me. Repeated emails sent and also tried their online chat but that was a load of crap. No number to call and speak to a human so it just took ages to get answers. When the remaining items did turn up they looked like they been left out in the rain for weeks as all the cardboard had disintegrated on one side like they'd been on a damp floor. Thankfully the items were fine. They did offer a further discount in their defence which was appreciated but to take nearly 5 months to fulfil on order is woeful. Its a real shame as the product is fantastic but I won't ever try to order from them again as its very slow and painful trying to get info from them in the event of any issues.

So to start with they did deliver some panels, they arrived reasonably but were slightly damaged. I ordered another matching set and it took them 2 weeks, a lot of chasing and eventually they sent panels. Unfortunately they were a different color, different size and shorter slats.

Just avoid them and use companies that weren't just registered December 2025.

Updated review. They screwed up a few more times I'll be entirely honest. But That was mostly couriers. So I've upped it as they eventually came good.

Easy to order and at a competitive price. We found it easy to handle the 320mm panels and install them. The 600 wide panels are more difficult to handle. They were let down by DX Couriers who managed to damage 3 panels. To their credit they organised free replacement which arrived a few days later. They were great to deal with and the finished product looks fantastic. Thank you.

We ordered oak panels with the light grey felt backing and are over the moon with them.

The panels are great quality, we used a jigsaw to cut them to length and secured them with the panel adhesive, they stuck with no problem.

The panels were delivered within 3 days of ordering. We did receive a couple of damaged panels but that was obviously the fault of the couriers who hadn’t taken care of them. Panel Haus customer service was excellent, they responded to emails the next day and arranged for replacements to be sent on next day delivery.

Really good product. Looks great. I ordered just before Christmas when the company was closing for the festive period but was still kept up to date with the delivery schedule. I was called by the delivery team the day before . I would recommend this product as it is definitely value for money and looks great

By mistake ordered on wrong delivery address, send many emails chats etc, got no reply. I think the company is fake. Will take legal action.

Great value - we wanted to decorate our living rooms but recently and was looking for some decorative slate and wood panels. As per online research panel haus came across as very competitive, however I was apprehensive that it might be a scam.
I got in touch with them on the chat service, which unfortunately didn’t help my suspicions although they did reply, however it wasn’t instant.
But with no immediate contact number, I kept looking for other suppliers.
I ended up ordering through them using my credit card to protect myself in case of a scam.
However, I did receive my order on time and there weren’t any issues, good product with great value.
And no one paid me to write this review, hate fake reviews.

Ordered the premium oak acoustic panels after seeing they were discounted. Then, I thought to check company on trust pilot and when I saw reviews I panicked as they were taking about delays and damage.
The Panels came within a few days and were in perfect condition. They look amazing up and glad I made my purchase.

Am very upset with your company I’ve tried all week to get hold of u and only got we will get back to u about sending wrong colour this is not good enough . What it sorted pls asap . #PH1488
