Lovely product
Lovely product. 10% discount good too. Have had a reconstruction and this bra fits well - no puckering and good shape.- very comfortable.
Shame not all the colours available in my size at this point. Will keep my eyes peeled!

I have been buying Panache bra and knickers for years mainly because the fit is perfect and the garments are always gorgeous. I have never had to return an order.

Great products, good website
Easy to use website. Very clear which items and sizes are in stock. Pricing very clear. 10%discount was nice. Good communication after order and prompt delivery. However, email stated delivery by UPS and it was in fact DHL which was rather confusing.

Buying swimsuits
Orderd swimsuits for my holidays was only going to keep one of them as not sure of sizing .Well had to pay for delivery not sure what I paid .Then when sending back the ones not suitable that cost me £8 90 as I needed to cover price of items in the parcel and I did special delivery.So not happy about the cost .Swimsuit that was £58 add on cost of 2 delivery’s not a happy bunny

We do fully refund customers including your original £3.95 postage if all items from the order are returned however most companies now do not cover returns postage and this is payable by the customer.

Happy with order process
Happy with order process, standard shipping is OK as not willing to pay the extra. The one not so great feature is having to pay for return however the original postage is included in refund providing its the complete order returned. Very hard to purchase correct sizing online so often have to return and pay the return postage.
