Hello @Marwa, you are obviously the best customer representative I have seen.

For the many times you called me to discuss my ticket details with me, you provided step by step explanation about my journey with good clarity. This to me builds my confidence in the service.

Thanks Marwa.

Very well treated during the time of purchasing a ticket. Marwa, has a very well approach towards customer's needs.
I will definitely be coming back.

Marwa was very helpful during the stressful time.

Hamza was helpful better than all the others I spoke to to solve the issue regarding my deposit.

What made my experience great with Palm Flight is the option to pay in instalments and Hamza was very responsive finding me a good deals for me to chose from and according to my budget. For that thank you and keep up the good work.

Wonderful customer service from Hamza Hussain and he is so patient with clients I will buy my tickets from this company again. Well done 👏 ✔️

Their service is horrible and they don't keep to their word. Instead of refunding my deposit in cash, they gave me a voucher which could only be used on their site. Very cunning people & not trustworthy. Please no one should patronise them. Am talking from my experience.

Wonderful customer service from Hamza who was polite, resourceful and patient as he dealt with enquiries and changes in our request. He was very supportive and reliable. Generally pleased to be using Palm Flights again.
