Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Purchased a quick release waist belt as a birthday present . Was kept up to date with delivery date with lots of e mails and received perfect item in time to gift. Would definitely recommend for personal friendly service.

Great service & communication
Great service & communication, quick call from Emma to explain items were being sent however they were experiencing some delays with postal service however items arrived very promptly. Will definitely be shopping with Paddlefast again.

First class service
I found Paddlefast to be extremely helpful in advising me on the PFD that would be suitable for me to buy. I was lucky that they had a sale on at the time which meant I got a really good deal. I found their website easy to use for ordering the item and it was delivered to my house in just a few days. I would use them again.

Maliko Fin
After one too many knocks I needed to replace my old black project maliko fin. Emma at Paddlefast advised that they were expecting new stock in but if I needed something quickly she had an ex demo item. It was in great condition and a fair price, was posted quickly and received in a couple of days (good for the Isle of Man!) will definitely use Paddlefast in future

Excellent 5-star company, absolute pleasure to deal with. We were looking for 2 SUP's and Emma was fantastic at working out the best boards for our needs. The SUP's arrived very quickly and great communication throughout. Thanks very much to the Paddlefast team.

Great company, super knowledgable!
Great company to buy from. They have tonnes of real life knowledge and experience of the products and are always full of sound advice. They have personally tested and used the products which is a big help when deciding what to buy. Delivery and help setting the kit up was first class.

Great thanks to Emma and the team at Paddlefast. Service was amazing, informative and friendly, it was a pleasure to visit the shop. Emma was extremely helpful and informative on answering all my questions and clearly has a passion for the sport as well as supporting her customers. A great experience and highly recommended!!

Super friendly, helpful & personable - great service!
I contacted Emma for advice about which SUP board to buy, after becoming a little overwhelmed researching it myself as a beginner. She gave me loads of really helpful pointers and things to consider to make sure I chose the right board for my skill level and aspirations! Once I'd chosen, she had the board delivered to me in record time, in time for a weekend paddle. She also gave me some great instruction to help me get going, and loads of other useful tips on equipment, safety, clothing etc. So nice to interact with a friendly local company rather than a faceless website. Highly recommend!

Brilliant Sevice
Brilliant service, going above and beyond to get the board I was really looking for. This was my first Paddleboard purchase and as such I had loads of questions, Emma answered all of them and made the whole process really smooth from beginning to end. I would thoroughly recommend.
