The customer service I received was amazing. The male worker knew exactly how to pack my goods and used extra packing tape to make sure my parcel was secure. He told me how long delivery would take and I left feeling confident about the whole process.

Good experience all round
Good experience all round. Couple of delayed collections but nothing that was not properly sorted. Majority of my experience is that things are collect and delivered earlier than expected and no damage or complaints from customers.

The pick up at the Australian end was…
The pick up at the Australian end was great, but the packages arrived in Malaysia on 3/11/2019 and were left there as there was no notification given to me that duty had to be paid - which I needed to pay. The packages were intended to be included in conference satchels and they deadline for arrival at the conference organisers was 15/11/2019. In the end, after a phone call to Malaysia and several emails the packages arrived on the day before the conference - which is not good service.

Hi Lynette, Thanks so much for taking the time to let us know of your recent experience. We send internationally to over 220 countries and each country has its own independent regime for the assessment of duties and taxes. The amount of duties and ataxes payable depends on the nature of the goods, value of the goods and the reason for sending. Sometimes it is deemed that no duties are payable. The charges are ultimately at the complete discretion of the destination country and, unfortunately, something over which Pack & Send has no influence.
Highly recommended
As a mature aged person I found the online quote and booking process easy to use - the items were collected and delivered in the scheduled times and the items were in good condition when they arrived. I will use Pack and Send again - highly recommended.

Good value shipping
Found these guys to be easily the cheapest option for sending a package to Canada. I used the self pack/online booking and it all worked smoothly. Package delivery was quick too given DHL were the carrier.
