Excellent Service
I recently used Pack & Send to pack and ship my personal belongings from London to Dublin after relocating to Ireland, and I was very happy with the service. Everything was packed carefully, and I received all of my items in perfect condition. The team was very supportive and helpful throughout the whole process. They also kept track of the shipment and made sure everything was progressing smoothly so that I received my belongings on time. I really appreciated their professionalism and excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend Pack & Send to anyone looking for a stress-free packing and shipping service.

Turntable shipped damaged, claim promised then refused – no responsibility taken
In June 2026 Pack & Send Salford Quays shipped a turntable to me from Adam Partridge Auctioneers (delivery ref GB‑SALQ06101970). The auctioneer has confirmed in writing that the deck and dust cover were undamaged when Pack & Send collected it, but it arrived with a broken dust cover.
I reported the damage immediately, sent all the photos they asked for, and kept all the packaging. On 17 June they told me they were “in the process of putting a damage claim with the carriers” and asked me to wait for slow response times. After more than a month of silence they then replied that they were “unable to process or issue a claim” because I had not taken out additional insurance, and they have offered no goodwill or basic liability at all.
The result is that I’ve lost my buyer and now have stock I can’t easily sell. If you are shipping fragile hi‑fi or turntables, be aware that if anything goes wrong and you haven’t paid extra insurance, Pack & Send Salford Quays may simply refuse to help.

Was strongly advised to use Pack & send by Chat GPT as we needed a glass induction hob sending up from Swindon. They were brilliant from start to finish as we were wary having bought one previously and delivered by Royal Mail which arrived smashed and there was nothing we could do about it.
The item was collected from the seller and pre packed on site and taken to their depot to be properly packed and held for a week whilst we were on holiday. The communication was brilliant and then it was dispached via FED EX and delivered the next day.
Here is where you can see the difference in the professional way the fragile item was actually packed to ensure its safe arrival. Although it may seem more expensive than others you are paying for a professinal service which is totally worth it for a seamless stress free delivery. We would definately use these again.

Moving Personal Belonging from UK to EU
I sent my personal belongings using Pack&Send when moving back to my home country from UK to EU. It was three boxes of miscellaneous personal items that P&S charged 165 GBP for.
They shipped the belongings using DHL, which then charged me an additional 140 EUR for customs processing on top of the 92.17 that the country of destination charged for taxes and duties.
Beware that when sending personal belongings with Pack&Send, they will not be able to handle customs procedures properly or tell you clearly about the cost of it.
They're refusing to refund any part of these additional costs, even though they weren't clear about them upfront.

in Copenhagen Denmark at a very competitive price. In fact their price was about half of the
quote from Mailboxes Oxford.

I shipped 15 boxes of books from Oxford to Berlin. Pack & Send gave me by far the best quote. They were very easily contacted and talked me through the complicated customs procedures, at several stages checking with me to see if it was going smoothly. It's a personalised service. They sent boxes and someone to pick them up, and dealt with the shipment promptly. The people I spoke to were extremely helpful and courteous. Overall the service could not have been better. My recent experience with PACK & SEND Richmond Park and their professional, friendly and very helpful staff, specifically Joseph and Maddy, was an excellent one. My item was quickly collected and shipped to the US. When the package was delayed and the shipping company staff asked for images of the contents and inner/outer packaging, Joseph swiftly provided these images. Once the shipment finally arrived, I found my item in perfect condition since it was so thoroughly packaged inside a fine-looking wooden crate.
