Since last year I've been using Packetshare. Few days ago I came to 9,7$,and after that the app stopped working. I even tried contacting them,but official mail doesn't work

Packetshare is now having server issues and they aren't answering emails because i sent them two emails about the site issues and both emails are failing to send now with no way to contact packetshare it's officially a dead money earning site that went down hill fast like i knew it would not even the packetshare app works anymore.

please dont stop now, you guys doing well fix this app down for a week, do the work needed. i believe in you.

Ich warne vor dieser App. Seit kurzem ist die Webseite (packetshare.io) komplett offline und die App wird von Android-Sicherheitssystemen als Bedrohung blockiert.

​Ich habe noch ein Guthaben von ca. 9 USD in der App, kann aber nicht mehr darauf zugreifen. Ein Kontakt zum Support ist unmöglich, da jede E-Mail mit der Fehlermeldung "Adresse nicht gefunden" zurückkommt. Es scheint, als hätten die Betreiber den Dienst ohne Vorwarnung eingestellt und das Guthaben der Nutzer einbehalten.

Pay rates are decent compared to other apps, but it's been two weeks since I requested a payout - FAR over the 2 day window stated for payouts - and I have not gotten my money. E-mails to support have gone ignored. Additionally, the password reset on the website does not work.

I have been using PacketShare for a while and previous small withdrawals were processed within 2-4 days, which was acceptable.
However, my withdrawal request submitted on November 30, 2025 (amount: 200+) is still showing as "Pending Review" as of today (January 2026) — that's over 5 weeks and more than 15 working days.
The official policy clearly states withdrawals will be completed within 5 to 10 working days (excluding weekends), yet this one has far exceeded that timeframe with no explanation.
I have followed up multiple times via email, but only received generic responses saying "please wait patiently" without any specific reason for the delay or estimated completion date.
This prolonged delay is completely unacceptable and has caused significant inconvenience, especially since my PayPal address is correct and verified.
Until the funds are released and proper communication is provided, I cannot recommend PacketShare to others. I hope the team resolves this soon, as many users seem to be experiencing similar long delays based on recent reviews.

Eu faço o sac no sit da Packetshare e diz que em 48 horas irei receber um email, mas nada acontece. Quando faço a retirada dá tudo ok e quando volto no app o valor continua lá do mesmo jeito. Não há sac há apenas uma ensenação de sac. Estão usando minha internet mas não me pagam o valor gerado

AND again trouble with THIS app.
1 Can't login to the website!.
2 App say to many divices WHILE every divice i use HAS a diffirent IP!.
Mobile app work fine :S.
Only the webpage AND desktop app STILL not working!.
They blame the weither over ther hahahahah YER right.
We have bad weither here to AND no problems with ALL my other apps STRANGE huh ;) .
As the company is in China YOU sude think with all this technological things THEy would have solved the problem all ready BUT no!.
Just like there payout say a 48 hours then you wil resive a mail that it has been comfirmed WHELL that is a lai TO.
My trust in this app is going DOWNHILL.
EVEN my Earnapp earns more then this app EVEN when IT would work the Packetshare!.
Wel YOU can really say they are TECHNOOBS !!.

PacketShare arbitrarily bans accounts when users approach the withdrawal minimum ($10). My experience:

❌ Banned at $7 accumulated without explanation
❌ Claimed "non-residential IP" while using my home network
❌ Ridiculous earnings: $0.01/day or less
❌ Zero communication: No email, no notification
❌ Blocked support channels: Discord servers completely restricted, no way to create tickets
❌ No appeal process: Once banned, no communication available

Pattern proof: Ban near withdrawal minimum = suspicious practice.

After publishing this review, PacketShare magically restored my account within hours. Their excuse? "We were under maintenance."

But here's the truth:
- I COULD log in with another Google account during this "maintenance"
- The "maintenance" only affected accounts with accumulated balance
- Restoration happened RIGHT AFTER this Trustpilot review
- Clearly a pattern of deceptive practices to avoid payments

They don't just pay pennies - they actively look for excuses NOT to pay at all.
