Tive uma experiência muito positiva…

Tive uma experiência muito positiva desde o primeiro atendimento. Toda a equipe foi extremamente atenciosa, humana e profissional em cada etapa do processo. Em um momento tão delicado e importante da nossa vida, fomos tratadas com muito cuidado, paciência e carinho.

Doutor Renato e toda equipe sempre esclareceram todas as dúvidas e transmitiram muita segurança. A clínica é organizada, acolhedora e passa confiança desde a primeira consulta. Me senti acompanhada e apoiada o tempo todo.

Sou muito grata por todo o suporte e dedicação da equipe. Recomendo de coração para quem está passando pelo sonho de realizar uma FIV.

Really wonderful customer service

Really wonderful customer service. I never felt like a client but someone they carefully looked after. It's very impressive as I am sure they have many patient, but no doubt they make all of them feel unique. Remembering little details about them and making them feel comfortable.

We had an absolutely world class…

We had an absolutely world class experience at Ovom, and I cannot speak highly enough of the care we received. From the very beginning, everything felt refreshingly personal, with advice thoughtfully tailored to us and delivered with genuine patience and warmth that immediately put us at ease.

What truly stood out was how smooth and stress free the entire process was. There were no waiting lists and no frustrating bureaucracy, just seamless and compassionate support every step of the way. It felt like we were truly seen and heard, not just another case on a list.

Another huge advantage was the cost. Compared to the UK, treatment in Portugal was significantly more affordable, without compromising on quality in any way. In fact, the level of care we received exceeded our expectations.

Ovom has created something really special, a place where expertise meets kindness and where hope is handled with care. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone navigating their fertility journey. You will be in incredibly good hands.

Totally the right choice

Having never done fertility treatment prior to Ovom and hearing so many stories on sites about experiences elsewhere I really don’t think we could have chosen a better clinic.
From the initial consultation with Ivona, the first getting to know us video call with our doctor (Dr Nunes) and the care and kindness given by Mariana, Marisa, Ahmed, Felicia (thanks for the restaurant recommendation you were so right!) it has been a fantastic experience.
You will be treated and spoken with as a human being, you are never alone and they care so deeply about each clients situation.

I am so pleased we chose Ovom Care. There is no where better in our opinion.

Maravilhosos

Simplesmente pessoais que com um coração gigante, que amam o que fazem e faz com amor.
Fui super bem atendida pelo Doutor Renato, um medico bem atencioso e cuidadoso, nos mostrou o melhor caminho por enquanto e nos deu uma luz que ja não enxergávamos mais.

Waste of time and money

Waste of time and money. Poor communication, left me unsupported after consultation and me spending money to do test. A very unprofessional place of "business". Left me very depressed and abandoned. I would never recommend this clinic for ivf. I wish I could give it zero stars.
Update response to ovomcare reply:- Incorrect;- I was the one reaching out on the same avenues we corresponded through from the beginning and they after saying they would get back to me became nonresponsive, just disappeared! at no point did ovomcare "try to contact me" and I didn't respond. I reiterate- dont waste your time, choose another more professional establishment. This is my honest review from my lived experience with this company.

The doctors, care coordinators, nurses, anaesthetists, embryologist, are all amazing!!! The care, compassion is outstanding, especially when you need that when going through such a tough journey. I now recommend Ovom to everyone; and even started a Ovom WhatsApp group to share the amazing feedback I have
