The font was way too small the print behind it was way too dark. It’s almost unreadable. I was told that if there was an issue with your design, someone would contact me, but they did not. Also, when I was designing on publisher to send to overnight prints, it corrupted
my publisher program. I’m extremelyunhappy and will not use this service again, unless I am satisfied with their fix. My order number is 652799364.

Quick like promised. The cards looked really good, regardless of the design (I'm still not into it, but I had to have something to give out). It was a smooth process from start to finish, including getting a proof. The turn around for the proof was amazingly quick.

Received my order and the print quality was extremely poor seemed as if an ink cartridge ran out and was printed and sent to me anyways I purposely ordered early December 3, so that my Christmas cards would be in and I could send them out on time extremely disappointed had to file a complaint and it took four days for someone to get back to me. Apparently they are re-printing, but cannot send them overnight to me. I have to get them sent back in the original shipping option. This was your error with poor quality control and couldn’t fix it in a timely manner. very disappointed holiday cards will not go out until after the new year will not be using you again.

It was a good experience, except the cards were late in manufacturing and were dated for a sale. When I spoke with customer service when they did not arrive, they did not rush the cards. A two week event finally ran, but for only 1 week.

All of my order was printed incorrectly and I’ve tried for weeks to correct it with no success from your customer service department

Great product but the shipping (paid for overnight shipping) took 3-4 days.

The print quality on the business cards I received is terrible. There are speckles all throughout the design that were not there in the file that was submitted. Additionally, the card stock quality is not good.

I keep coming back for a reason. Overnight Prints has been fulfilling my bookmark orders for over a decade now, and I am always happy with their service and their pricing. They are quick, efficient, and provide high-value products.

I paid for fast delivery, yet the order was delivered weeks late. I requested a refund for the expedited delivery fee and received no response. This level of service is unacceptable.

The order took a very long time to print and was received after the date needed. Additionally the print quality was poor with fluorescent specks scattered in different areas of my face.

Have used Overnight Prints for years and really enjoy their product. Think the prices may have actually gone done a bit over the years. Only minor complaint is that it is now more difficult to do spot gloss than it used to be, since I had to put my project on hold then upload my spot gloss files for them to add. Used to do it myself.

I’ve been a customer for many years and I keep coming back because the quality is great, the web site is easy to navigate and their customer support is fantastic. Highly recommended.

We paid a few hundred extra for overnight printing to meet a deadline. But by 5pm it hadn't arrived and the office was closed the next day for Thanksgiving. We paid extra for nothing

Package arrived in a timely manner. I wasn't very happy with the printing quality. A lot of the cards had specks of abnormal color on them.

I have used Overnight Prints every year for my Christmas cards since 2007 and my experience was so bad this year that I canceled my order and deleted my account after 18 years of loyalty. And, I got an account on this site just to describe the terribleness.

Like many printing services that offer USPS mailing services, they provide an Adobe Photoshop guide that shows you where the clear zones should be (meaning, no design or text within those zones). When they told me they would not print my design because it violated the USPS clear zones, they referenced an image that did not match the image on their own website, then pointed me to that website.

They had an internal clear zone image that did not match the one they instructed customers to follow. Then they refused to print my design as is. When I asked why the discrepancy between the two designs, they did not understand their own website. They gave me the link to the USPS guidelines. I took a screenshot of their page and my design and how it was in accordance with their page. They then sent me a screenshot of what they wanted, which was nowhere on their site.

They did not understand that they were asking their customers to do 2 completely different things with their products held hostage while they took entirely too long to get back to them. If I follow their guidelines on their website, they should hold up their end of the bargain and print my design. They would not and sent a screenshot of what they wanted, without any adobe files or any explanation of why the change after 18 years. I followed the original template for 18 years, so I knew my postcards would be delivered.

But the worst part was that they claim on their site to have 24/7 chat with customer service. And during this time, every time I tried to chat, the chat window said they were closed. And when I emailed, they took over 24 hours to respond. When I called, the phone number had been disconnected. It was so bad, I was concerned that I had been scammed. But no. They have just declined that much.

I will never use them again.

My designer suggested I use them because she's had a good experience with them. It is almost a week after my product was scheduled to be shipped and their excuse FEDEX has not picked up the package. I had to contact them for them to promise the package would be delivered the next day. Then I was told I would get a credit and free delivery. We will see what AMEX can do about getting my money back. Use this company with caution and note that YOU CAN NOT TALK TO A PERSON and their email follow-up is delayed. I WOULD NOT HAVE THEM PRINT ANYTHING THAT IS CRITICAL FOR Y OUR BUSINESS.

Terrible delivery. Chat offered me a $30 "gift certificate" on my next purchase. I made contact with customer service 3 times. They send your information to a team member. They dont reply. On hold forever. Chat person does not come back on line. Extremely slow chat. Finally resolved for $45 dollar shipping credit...I hope. This company should be put out of business. This from a retail process consultant of 30 years working nationally and internationally. Breakdown in entire process. Initial chart wait time. Time to resolved. Terrible rinky dink AI person before chat.No on-site review process. CS people complete lack of a good CS process. At least, VP responsible should be fired today. Hire a very good consultant. Get IT involved and do process reengineering!
