I am so disappointed. It is the worst quality furniture and the customer service is terrible.
It states hassle free returns but then they are not helpful at all and try offer you £30 to keep the rubbish furniture. Then when you dont agree they make it the worst possible experience ever.
Avoid at all costs
Without a doubt the biggest piece of shit I've ever had my hands on in 52 years. Pish poor quality and a complete stessfest .temu is better quality avoid this brand and absolutely everything they make. Am only giving 1 star because I cant give 0

The customer service is horrible
I ordered a cantilever parasol to be delivered by 16th June 2023. On 16th of June I had an email to say there was a problem.
It had not been despatched. TH|EY broke the contract. I cancelled amd was told it was being despatched. |I cancelled again and again told the same lie.
I spoke to customer service on Amazon and was told it woud be cancelled. Still there as an order.
All this time they have my money.
I cancel again and again each day. They refuse. I speak to Amazon customer service yet again and am told yes it is definitely cancelled. Yet here I am yet again with this useless order in my account and they STILL have my money.
Now they tell me it has been despatched. Me saying I do NOT want it and would not have it if they were the last company on earth selling them has no effect.
WHAT part of no I DONT WANT IT, do they not understand.
THE BROKE THE CONTRACT, NOT ME!
I WANTV MY MONEY BACK. All £102.00 pounds that they have had for 2 weeks, while they waited for it to come back into stock.
Thy lied and said they were in stock. I do not trust a comapny that lies. That does not stick to their contract and then refuses to cancel an order for an item they dont have and keeps my money too.
The site looks legitimate and actually (currently) has PayPal. I ordered two items, but when it took me to PayPal, payment was to a private e-mail set to family and friends. (*Important: When paying an e-mail with PayPal, if it's set to Family and Friends, the payment is not covered in case of a problem. Payment to an e-mail must be changed to Goods and Services. It was set to Family & Friends for this transaction, but fortunately, I'd heard about this somewhere & changed it.)
Reasoned maybe it was a small business and they wanted to save costs & since I really wanted the product at the price, I paid for it. No way to return to the merchant afterwards with PayPal, so I had no proof of purchase (but fortunately, had taken a pdf of the cart). Price was also given a 'random discount' at checkout, so if added to a cart by someone else, might not be the same amount I was charged on PayPal (I might have had trouble proving my purchase to PayPal as different than the listed price on the site). After payment, went back to the site & on the Contact Us page, the address seems to be non-existent. There are business hours listed, but no phone number. I received no purchase confirmation in my e-mail & no reply to an e-mail to them. Request for a refund was submitted to PayPal.
