I have bought and ice tub following a recommendation from my friend. The service from Louie was excellent, very knowledgeable and personable. The tub is the right size for me and fits well in my garden.
I would recommend Outdoor Living and it is great having a local provider.

Great on line supplier
I was after a valve for my hot tub pump and I tried locally to source it which I did but then I required a 2nd valve so decided to Google it, this company supplied the part required and in metal compared with the plastic part I had already purchased, the cost was half the local part ! So I ordered 2 , very quick service, totally recommend

The filters are great but were not…
The filters are great but were not packed in a box this time, leaving them to be dented a little. Most unusual.
The delivery was appalling. The package was left at the front door in full view of any passer-by. He rang the door-bell, but didn't wait until I got to the door - just walked off up the drive. He had no idea whether I was in or not. Don't use them again for expensive items.

Outdoor Living Haven Hot Tub
From initial contact, through purchase and installation, the process has worked seamlessly and very well. There was no pressure selling, every query has been dealt with quickly, and follow up support following installation has been superb.
The only slight disappointment is that the installers were not as clear and knowledgeable as we would have liked, leading to the need for follow up questions, which were dealt with very well.
