Helped me sell my crossbow. Good responsiveness.

Just wanted to take a moment to thank Outdoorhobbies.co.uk Team for their swift delivery and for sending me my item in perfect condition — and even adding wax to my package! I really appreciate the care and attention they put into their service.
For context, I had purchased the FMA Supersonic Crossbow from another shop (Tactical Archery) before buying it from Outdoorhobbies Limited, and the difference was striking. The crossbow I received from Tactical Archery had defects — the rail had sharp imperfections that could have caused the string to snap, and the string wasn’t properly installed on the cams.
In contrast, the crossbow from your 'Outdoorhobbies' arrived in flawless condition and ready to use. Because of this experience, I’ll be purchasing all my archery goods from their shop in the future.

Outdoor hobbies have been a great help to me, assisting in helping to sell an item that I knew nothing about. I couldn't have done it without them. Prompt, efficient and friendly. Huge thanks to them.

Brilliant services and great prices, they offer bundle options when you go to order items. They keep you updated with the orders start to finish and any queries, Gary is quick and precise to answer.

First order from Outdoorhobbies and thought they were great, received my order in four days. Will definitely order from them again and would highly recommend

Ordered the EK Revo 7 Crossbow Pistol plus extra magazine ect and received my order in 5 days, awesome customer service,, Gary was very helpful and always responded fast to my questions, would definitely recommend this company and will be making further purchases soon *****

Outstanding customer service - went out of their way to help me out with a tricky-to-get spare part. Placed the order and a few days later we were back up and running again. Really cannot recommend highly enough!

Brilliant service, really top notch. Great products and superb selection. Will be ordering again soon.

Professional, honest and reliable. Will use again. Great service

Tactical archery couldn't send let alone deliver but outdoor hobbies had it to my door next day and even though I added a carry bag it was still cheaper than tactical archery as well so you've secured my custom I'll be back shopping soon

What made my experience great? Everything made it great, I looked on Outdoorhobies website for the EK Revo 7 bolts, Extra magazine and 60lb Limb set, one of the only sites to have eveything I needed in stock.

I thought I would double check anyway so sent a WhatsApp message to the number supplied, I didnt expect a response as it was Sunday, notice a ping and literally within 10 minutes I had a reply. I asked about the items I wanted defininitely being In stock. I was told Yes but be quick as it is going a little crazy at the moment.

I had read only a couple of negative comments on trustpilot, even that said one of the things for me that says a good company is whether they reply and how they reply, both were spot on to the negative reviews, this gave me even more confidence to order.

I messaged Gary back and asked if I ordered right away when would I likely get my order. I was told in a couple of days, sure enough everything arrived within a couple of days, packaged well and as expected, well actually better than expected as once I placed my order I became a little unsure about the limb set that best suited my needs, a quick message to Gary and he said 'No problem I will change what you have ordered from 60lb to 30lb', true to his word he did exactlty that, been using over the past couple of days and loive it.

I am sure I will be using Garys service again in the very near future - 5 stars - First Class Service and Commucication! Thanks Buddy :)

This company absoulatly amazing if u want efficient good communication very helpful fast delivery i highly recommend this company brilliant

Quick delivery and fantastic communication

Made an order but spoke to Gary at the company first via email. Super quick comms and super quick delivery. Great service all around. Recommended company.

If you value good old fashioned service, from someone who has a wealth of knowledge, will never up sell anything, as honest as they come, true salt of the earth, I cannot recommend this company and Gary enough. Quite literally the best service I have experienced for as far back as I can remember. Far exceeded all expectations. Ordered Centerpoint Wrath 430 with lots of extras and everything went as smooth as smooth could be, Gary kept me up to date with everthing and was more than willing to give me quality advice from his vast knowledge, could not be happier with my purchase and overall experience. Will certainly be purchasing from Outdoorhobbies, and to be frank, the only company I will now use going forward in regards to this type of purchases/activities. Simply exceptional!!!

Gary was superb in his advise and technical support. Highly recommend feeling with them.

I bought my crossbow bundle from outdoor hobbies. After moving home and no longer having the space or time to use my crossbow, I placed the bundle up for sale. The website is simple to use either to buy or sell.
Any questions I had were answered by Gary, who also put me in touch with the buyer. Thankyou to Outdoor Hobbies.
