I placed an order but i am unable to get any fulfillment information. The Company does not have a Telephone number to raise enquiry, email requests are also un answered . Could some one trace my order

I ordered a desk from OTB Furniture 3 weeks ago. I emailed earlier this week to enquire if it was still likely to be shipped within the timescale stated at checked (2-3 weeks), however then also Googled the business and found the Trust Pilot reviews and panicked thinking I had fallen for a scam. Luckily within a couple of days I had received notification of dispatch and the desk was delivered yesterday. It was packaged extremely well, was easy to attach the legs, and I love it so much. I’m extremely happy with it.

The communication could have been better and would have allayed my concerns a little, however Tom had also reached out and acknowledged this and apologised.

Due to the cost (worth it) and being concerned I had fallen for a scam I panicked, when I just needed to be a bit more patient (and ideally an email could have been sent).

I hope people don’t let past reviews put them off of purchasing from OTB Furniture, because the desk I now have truly is lovely and high quality, and I would hate for people to miss out on furniture like this. I wish I could add a photo to my review.

Not a scam website. I did eventually get my console table and its lovely. Tom was very promt and reassuring with his comunication. Just know if you order to be patient, you willl recieve your item! Perhaps more transparency with lead times as it took roughly 4 weeks to get mine, which i wouldnt have minded if mentioned at purchase. However i can reassure other buyers this is not a scam website just order with patience in mind

Absolute scam site… do not use!

ordered and paid for a hall/console table never arrived after 7-10 days as noted on receipt. Emailed owner (Tom) and no response. Emailed again saying I was going to my bank noting it as a fraudulent purchase and got a response saying it would be posted next day via DPD. Never sent. Emailed agin no response.

When I first researched this site, there were no Trustpilot reviews, which makes sense because there are multiple websites for these products.

I ordered in good faith, and while I understand that delays with custom/bespoke furniture can happen, there needs to be communication from the seller to keep buyers updated on any delays.

The website said 2-3 weeks for shipping for my desk, which I ordered on 31st August. At the beginning of week 4 post-order, I emailed and heard nothing back, but assumed they were just busy. I decided to check Trustpilot again and saw there were 9 new reviews, all saying the same thing.

I emailed the seller again and did get a response this time saying my desk would ship the next week. But nothing happened, so I emailed again asking for an update. No response. I waited 2 days and then emailed again and got an apologetic email from Tom assuring me this wasn't a scam and that my desk would ship on Wednesday (7th October).

No shipping notifications or updates have happened since that last email, even though I've emailed again on Friday. I have since raised a chargeback request with my credit card. Thank goodness I used a credit card, but I wish I'd used PayPal for a faster resolution.

As I said, I understand that with made-to-order items there can be delays, and I am willing to wait for quality products; however, there needs to be better communication.

I no longer have any trust in this company and I do not recommend this company at all.

Dreadful dishonest company. Ordered three items none delivered . Tom responds to emails but full of lies.

Fighting for my refund but no luck as yet and more lies

Fake company. I should release it when only contact is email address. Order table 1st September cancelled on 26th September as I realised would never receive it. Still waiting for refund.

I ordered a hallway table which having issues with communication and delivery delays was delivered .table looks great just need to work on good customer relations and resolve issues better .

I am currently waiting for a full refund after two months of repeatedly promised delivery dates that were never met.

I paid £377 for a desk which Tom assured me would be delivered within two weeks of placing the order. Unfortunately, what followed was two months of endless emails, chasing and repeated promises that the order would be dispatched “soon” none of which materialised. Apparently I will be receiving a full refund within the next 10 days… I’m not holding my breath!
UPDATE - As expected, I never received that refund from OTB; I did however receive it back from my bank, after claiming a “Chareback Section 75 Claim”.

Purchased table, 2-3 week delivery promised. Radio silence, no table. Instant response to my email mentioning a chargeback, claiming delivery would be that week. No surprise that nothing arrived. Thank goodness I had put it on credit card so charge back was easy through my bank. Still need a desk 2 months later though! Avoid…

I have contacted trading standard and the police about this company….DO NOT BUY anything from them. The 5 star reviews will be fake!! The website is fake,…..this is not a company, it’s a scam to steal money from people! £80 of my money taken for a console table at the beginning of August. Delivery gone and no reply to multiple attempts to contact the company. Let’s hope they get shut down asap before anyone else orders anything from them!!

We ordered our industrial style console table as a feature for the hallway in our new home. The quality, design and price were everything we had in mind. Yes we spent £95 but for a console table in b&m you would spend £80, lacking the quality aspect. Delivery took around a week from ordering. The best bit is you can order your height and length to the space you need. We absolutely love it and it’s the talk of each visit when guests come to see our new home

Like lots of other reviews. I ordered a console table in early August & still no goods. Tom replied to one email but has since ignored my emails. I have no idea if I will ever receive this. I plan to report to trading standards. What awful customer service!!

I placed an order on 9th August, the day after one of the other reviewers. On the product listing it said that it would be dispatched within 7 working days. I contacted them by email on 26th August (13 working days later) because I’d heard nothing about the item being dispatched. To give credit to the business owner, they sent me a polite email the same day, thanking me for my patience and assuring me the item would be dispatched that same week by DHL. However, by 13th September, more than a month had passed and I still didn’t have the item. I also emailed again last week, on 5th September and no one replied. The assurances I was given on 26th August weren’t true.

Update: after I posted this review, Tom got in touch to ask if I’d be in on Tuesday 15th or Wednesday 16th September, presumably to accept delivery of the item. I replied to say I’d be in on the Wednesday. Guess what? The item didn’t arrive.

Today is 3rd October and the item still hasn’t arrived, despite me warning in an email on 22nd September that I would be opening a dispute with my bank over the payment if they didn’t refund me.

I regret sending my money to this company.

I placed an order on the 08/08/2026 and am still waiting for the item to arrive. Had initial confirmation it was being dispatched next week, in August but heard nothing since despite chasing up. Very disappointing. I feel I may need to escalate this. Over a month later and I am still waiting for the item with zero communication. ***UPDATE I have received communication and the supplier was very apologetic. Item I am told is due for delivery this week. Will update if the item arrives.

Do not be fooled by this company.
To evade his terrible Trustpilot rating and escape his legal liabilities, the owner, Tom, has now actively scrubbed his product images and rebranded the business to Next Day Desks (nextdaydesks.co.uk).
AVOID BOTH NAMES.

Incomplete & Faulty Delivery:
When the delivery finally arrived (after much nagging), it did not include the legs, which was supposed to be coming from a different courier. The desktop that did arrive was incredibly poor quality, completely unrepresentative of the premium images on their website, and had visible glue showing everywhere.
* Broken Agreements: After I raised this, the company acknowledged the defects and explicitly agreed to a full cancellation and refund. They scheduled a collection date with me, meaning I had to stay home to wait for them. They completely failed to show up or coordinate the collection.
* Total Radio Silence: Since failing to show up, the seller has gone completely non-responsive. They ignore deadlines, refuse to send proof of a processed refund, and offer zero communication.
Like the other reviews on here state, this company has a severe pattern of taking your money, failing to deliver what was promised, and then cutting off communication.
I have now been forced to escalate this directly to my bank to initiate a chargeback dispute to retrieve my £399. Avoid this company at all costs.
