I haven’t received the delivery all though I took contact with the support and they told me that they would send me a new one. I contacted the support again for two weeks ago but they haven’t answered my email yet. My daughter is very disappointed and so am I.

This company exceeded my expectations! I ordered the Geek pack (I think that's what it was called) for my husband as a gift and when I received it about 3 weeks later the package looked as though someone played soccer with it and the bag it was shipped in was torn and wet so the water seeped through to the box of the actual product I purchased and caused the box to be soggy and torn. My husband is a collector so this just wouldn't do. I immediately took pictures and emailed Orzly. Just hours later I received an email back apologizing for the inconvenience and the way the package was shipped and cared for during delivery. They offered to send me out another one and I accepted. I received the new one TWO DAYS later. I believe they are out of London so that was REALLY fast! Orzlys customer service is absolutely incredible and they truly care about their customers satisfaction. They did a fantastic job at making this unhappy, disappointed customer extremely satisfied. I was even able to keep the original product so now my husband has two! Buy from Orzly as they will make sure you are happy with their products and customer service. They have great, fast communication when there is an issue which is much more than I can say about other companies. Thank you Orzly!

I really like the product. It is well built and proper material is used. The mobile phone clip works great with my Stadia controller and S20FE phone. It would be great to have a compact controller case that can fit the mobile phone clip as well. I recommend the product.

Super Products and great custom service. I can't say anithing bad because the service was great, the product works on Nintendo Switch and PC (via Steam - tested). I had only a problem with delivery from the postal service, but Orzly was and still is great.

the mouse is ok but plastic is bad quality and very loud non satisfying clicks. The keyboards have very poor membranes.

After looking for awhile for a case for my Switch OLED, I settled on an Orzly case. I love the layout of the case and how my OLED fits perfectly inside. The extra space for more joycons or other things you might need is important. The screen protector/ game card slots is one of the best and seems well designed. The case is a simple but effective way to store my Switch. Love the outside shell and straps to hold the Switch in place l, in case it gets dropped.

The products I ordered are excellent. Even spoke with a friend who lives in England and they've recommended Orzly products, which makes me more inclined to order from Orzly again.

Helpful for my games and a much needed case for more games

Although the first order was significantly delayed by mail delivery, I did eventually get the phone case and screen protector - both of are of very high quality. My previous case from Orzly endured 4 years of daily punishment until needing replacement which is why I sought out another similar case.

I was also surprised by the extra little gift of a laptop stand, as well as the sales support provided me with an extra case and screen protector due to the significant delay (about 12 weeks). The screen protector is way above average quality - I've tried at least 3 others on my OnePlus which are far poorer quality in terms of clarity, application, and thickness protection

Got myself Nintendo OLED screen protector pack and special case.

Delivery - hassle-free and the items were delivered in pristine condition, packaging was excellent considering the fact that it was imported.

Products:
Nintendo OLED screen protector: Got a pack of 4 guards. The application of the screen guard is easy as advertised. Been 2+ months now since I applied it and it is still going strong since.

The special OLED carry case (red/blue variant): The switch (even with a 3rd party silicone external hard cover) fits easily within the case. The make is excellent and sturdy.

All in all, I would say go for it, and thank you Orzly for excellent products and delivery

The Switch OLED Geek Pack accessory bundle is amazing value. However, the case, which was one of the main reasons I bought the bundle, does not fit the OLED model properly and the holes don't align with the buttons and ports, so that was quite disappointing.

Excellent products, well made and at great prices.
