I ordered python boots on March 29. I got an email stating that my order is shipping. I got half of my order the shirt but when I got the shirt I didn’t have my boots I contacted the customer service of ORO that’s when the problem occurred. They said that the boots are on back order never to occur that they never emailed me or communicated with me letting me know about this issue. They insured me that the boots were going to be here at the end of April due to a large demand for supplier couldn’t keep up April come and go. I contacted customer service again. They told me it was going to be in June,June has come and passed. I contacted in July they told me is a high demand for the shoe and it’s going to be custom-made from Italy, and that’s why it’s taking so long. just seeing that they don’t care about customers or the resolution they could have made this right and they didn’t I just ask for a refund and I nothing but a runaround from Katie. Whoever Katie they need to rethink her she’s only hurting the business and if it’s the orders from the owner, they need to shut down doors and get their supplier issues fixed. Must say very horrible experience would not recommend them, and I will not order from them again.

They literally take your money and never the product. When you ask for refund they say it will take 31 days which is unheard of.

This company is a scam. Period. All of their IG followers are bought. They delete your comments when you call them out on IG. They reach out to you (making you believe they care) but don’t address the issue or follow up. If I ask for a refund it should show up in my account with no if, and or buts.. Just like others on here, I’ve been getting the run around for weeks now from “Katie” and “Thein”… All of their items are on “back order” of course you don’t find this out until after weeks go by and you still don’t have a tracking number.. of course they’ve already charged your account. I’ve asked for a refund now a handful of times but they either stop responding or try to suggest an alternative. And when it comes down to it, they won’t refund you. I was scammed out of $170, I feel bad for the people buying $500+ boots from them.. good god.. I’m convinced any positive reviews from this company are fake / paid… there’s no way their 500k IG followers are real. Look at the engagement on their posts. Compared to smaller established company’s with 1/5th of their followers. Customer service agents are robots. I will contact my bank and pursue legal action. These people are scum. What happened to basic morals?

Clothing is all high quality with great craftsmanship, the first pair black jeans I bought years ago and wear/wash regularly have yet to fade, and they hold up great through every day wear and tear.

Customer service has been prompt to answer my questions and assist me with a quick solution when I needed help with my order. Tein was very professional and handled my request well before I expected an answer.

Shipping is on point, each time I've placed an order it has arrived on or ahead of schedule. I've made multiple purchases and will continue to be a future customer!

3. Poor Taste, Quality, and Fit: The products I purchased from ORO of Los Angeles exhibited poor taste, quality, and fit. They were far from what was advertised, and it was evident that the company did not prioritize delivering the promised standards. This disregard for quality control and customer expectations is simply unacceptable.

4. Profits Over Customers: Above all else, ORO of Los Angeles showcases a clear priority: profits. Their actions and lack of genuine customer service demonstrate that they prioritize their financial gain at the expense of customer satisfaction. In conclusion, my encounter with ORO of Los Angeles has left me deeply dissatisfied. Their deceptive return policy, coupled with poor taste, quality, and fit, as well as a lack of genuine customer service, highlight the company's focus on profits rather than prioritizing the needs and satisfaction of their customers. I strongly advise against engaging with this company, as the potential frustration and disappointment far outweigh any perceived benefits. Look elsewhere for a retailer that values its customers and operates with transparency, integrity, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.

ORO Customer Support was extremely helpful in not only answering my questions in a timely fashion, but in a detailed manner as well. I know exactly what size I will be ordering as a result of their assistance.

i have ordered from 11/2022 and until now 07/2023 still have not received the goods. they promised me from this month to next month and so on. this store is a scam 100% people pay attention when buying here

Very bad customer service and there’s late on everything i was travelling when they send it so I came back i got it small on me they won’t changed !!!

These guys are straight up thieves. They lied about a shirt being in stock and I have yet to get my money back. It's been over half a year sending multiple emails and if I could give them a zero review I would.

Great quality product, team is great with communicating. Have ordered several jeans from them and each one has the perfect fit, color, and length.

During Black Friday, they falsely claimed their boots were in stock so people would purchase them. After Black Friday ended, they changed their website to say some boots were actually out of stock.

Mine took about 4 months, and they didn't ship it until I initiated a chargeback with my credit card company.

Finally, the quality is not there. The suede on one boot has a rougher texture and darker color than the other boot in the same box.
