Buyer beware. Yes sure they may say it’s made with genuine leather or suede but you’re paying over $300 dollars for a pair of boots that last LESS THAN A YEAR. A tragedy. I wore my Chelsea boots a total of 7 times and the nails are now coming through the soles. For the price you can do better

You don’t find companies like them anymore, instant responses, great customer service, fantastic quality products. Worth the cost

Tien was very helpful in answer my various questions in a timely manner. I have now bought 3 pairs of these Chelsea boots from Oro due to the high quality and durability of their products. I can't tell you how many compliments I have gotten when I wear these boots. Don't think, just purchase!

I ordered Oro's RION PLAID SHIRT for $235 through their website. Once received the shirt did not fit well and did not match the "size guide" they advertised. The sleeve length was ridiculously long, and the overall cut and feel was tighter than expected. The fabric used is poor quality, and not what you would typically expect from a shirt in this price range. I should have read their fine print before purchasing, since I just learned they WILL NOT return for a refund, and they will only offer credit to buy more of their product online. Ridiculous and extremely poor customer service! I see a number of other dissatisfied customers that have posted negative reviews online about them. I wish I read those before I bought from them.

these boot look amazing. I ordered a pair in size 6 but they sent me a size 8. When I tried to return the $450 pair of boots the company does not allow for a refund, only a gift card. Also they don't have my size, out of stock. I would like my money back, and now I have a gift card for boots they don't offer in my size. This is not a good way to do business. Something this expensive should be returnable.

I've bought couple pairs of shoes from ORO in the past. Overall, it's good quality and comfortable. Recently I purchased multiple shirts and pants from them. For the price you pay per shirt, the quality is terrible. The buttons feel super cheap and fragile. Shirts are not soft at all. They are definitely oversized imo. I wish they had better return policy. I cannot find anything of my size and they only offer store credit(wish I knew before buying).

Patrick was awesome in helping me with our exchange in sizes! He was efficient prompt and lovely to talk with. And…cannot fail to mention, the quality of these shoes are amazing!

The good is that when I placed my original order it came rather quickly AFTER I called to see why I had recieved it and they informed me that one of the items was set to ship out two weeks later...(I'm based in NYC; they are in LA). I gave them the benefit of the doubt because I actually liked the two denims I ordered and so I a different set on 7/19. I called a few days later to see when they would ship.. They said late July early August..(which was not listed on their website) It is the third week of August and all I get from them is that "they should arrive shortly from our manufacturer and you should be recieving them very shortly".. I am one of those very loyal brand people that will purchase a lot of items from your store just because I like the first item.. In fairness Patrick issued me a store benefit for my troubles which I really appreciate but it does not make up for the time or level of frustration I have endured with doing business with them. You guys are doing a disservice to the community trying to give your brand a chance and to your brand by holding such unviable and uncharacteristic policies of even other small brands like yourself. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering anything.. My advice is to check out the website, isolate what you like and call before ordering to FULLY ENSURE that the item is actually in stock and ready to ship to your home.

I've ordered a pair of boots and clothing from ORO. Great fit and good material. I like that the look and feel is what I expected from what I saw on their site........unlike some other places I've ordered from. I would definitely recommend.
