Below standard material and designs
Fast wicking tech shirts are way heavier and don't fit nearly as well as other, more main-stream brands. The button ups require a lot of maintenance due to how bad they wrinkle. Much better options elsewhere. (Poor quality / material comparatively)

Good communication (delivery from overseas takes a bit longer but they kept me uptodate on each step). The shorter cycling shorts are exactly what I needed and good quality. The tops were of a different material than what I imagined but cute and wearable nonetheless.

My first order took 2 months NOT to arrive, a mail to the customer service and they finally resent my order.
The second order went on perfectly.
I really enjoy the shirts I bought. They are well sized, very light to wear. I use them on my commute back home from work (1h40).

Not true to size.
I ordered An XL t-shirt and it looked small. The tag did say XL so I tried it on. Felt like more of a medium size when I tried it on. They run small. I usually wear XL and never had that issue with other companies. Might want to start with a different t-shirt brand in printing. I gave it to my friend as he wears a medium and it fit him . He liked it, but couldn't believe that the t-shirt was an XL. 😞

Bike shirt
I recently ordered a zip up bike shirt from Orionride and when I received it, the bottom stiches of the zipper were coming apart. Since it is an area that would constantly be pulled and stretched, I wanted to return it. I must say that the Customer Service agent Anne, responded promptly and sincerely tried everything in her toolbox to rectify the problem. Item is of such poor quality it is unwearable. Apparently, even paying extra for a return guarantee, this does not cover anything other than damaged or lost in transit.

Bad Shorts
The company was fine. The product I bought was not. I purchased a pair of the women's cycling shorts and they severely chaffed my leg/butt from the stitching around the pad. I will not wear those shorts again!
