Quality products and good customer service will bring me back
I’ve had a history of purchases from Chinese clothing companies that just didn’t work out. The most recurring problem has been the size of the garment. The clothes are usually too small. For that reason, I buy clothes one size larger than I would normally.
This was my first purchase from Orionride. When my cycling jersey arrived, I was immediately impressed with the quality of the garment. The design was fantastic. But sadly the jersey was too large for me. It turns out Orionride’s XXL is actually XXL. I should have ordered a XL jersey. So this error is on me.
I reached out to Orionride to solve this problem. Anne from Orionride responded to my emails. With Anne’s help, I have the correct size jersey heading my way. I am looking forward to this awesome cycling hoodie. Plus, I look forward to buying more cleverly designed cycling gear my Orionride.

Poor quality, ill fitting and bad service
Orion ride products look appealing on the website however, the sizing is completely off, with shirts being really long, tight around hips and huge on top. The fabrics are poor quality and the pattern was not as shown, the repeat patters are much larger than pictured which looks strange. Finally they do not reply to the customer service email they force you to use to request a return. I wrote to them three times and have heard nothing back. Terrible products and terrible customer service.

The item I purchased was much larger than I expected, but when I contacted customer support, they were very kind and responded quickly. They arranged an exchange for me, which was a great help.
The replacement size fits me perfectly, and the quality is also very good.
For reference, I’m 182 cm tall and weigh 82 kg, and size L fits me perfectly.
I’m looking forward to wearing the clothes on my next cycling ride. If I’m happy with them, I’ll definitely shop at Orionride again!
