The large was way too big. Did not know how to return for a smaller one. Going on a hiking trip and did not know if I would get it in time.

Quality MTB clothes reasonably priced.
Fast delivery of quality MTB clothes that are affordable. The women's bike shorts gave me the cushion I needed to do a 26 mile ride on the roads one day and again ride my mountain bike on some gnarly trails the following day. (The day after that I neglected to put them on and did a short local ride and boy did my buns feel that 😉)
My shirt is stylish, breathable, and keeps the sun off of me. I been complimented each time I've worn it.

Truck fire!?! no problem
Just wanted to say the orionride team did a great job, the shirt was on its way but the delivery truck caught fire! but they sent a replacement
I wore the shirt to do the Trailbreak 100k southdowns
I don't usually think to hard about clothing but I wanted to look cool and stay cool, the shirt did a great job better than me really, after 9:41 min I finished, I missed the cut off but I did it, and I crashed half way through, my first though oh no my new shirt! luckily I landed in a wheat field no damage to me the bike or the shirt! big shout to anne for sorting things out

They are mislabeling their products
They are mislabeling their products. I ordered a men’s bike jersey and received a woman’s jersey. I could tell because it is way too small and the zipper pull is on the left side. The return policy is broken. The customer is required to pay shipping. The product itself is overpriced. Better to use Amazon.

Good quality, prompt shipping
The t-shirt I ordered arrived quickly, it was a good value, and the sizing was as expected - thanks! The only thing that could have been improved is that the shade of green of the shirt did not match what was portrayed on the website. I'm sure this was not intentional, and these things will happen, but it was a little disappointing.

I am pleased to update my review. The team at Orionride responded so quickly to my review and worked hard to make it right. It turns out that the mistake was mine and I ordered the wrong shirt. I still like the shirt and get compliments on it. Very pleased with the responsiveness of the orionride team and will look forward to ordering from them again.

Great product at a very reasonable price. Anne was very friendly and professional to deal with after placing the order. I got two gravel riding shirts, showed up exactly how they looked online. Order arrived about 16 days after placed, so plan accordingly. I’d order again for the price and quality.

This is the worst quality bike jersey…
This is the worst quality bike jersey I've seen. The sewing job is terrible, the zipper is all plastic poor quality, and the zipper broke the first time I wore it, unusable. The design looks very nice but quality is very poor.

Terrible return experience
Currently trying to do a return as size 14 top is far too big for a normal size 14. They are making things very hard and want photographic evidence. Every other company would just accept a return without query/hassle.

Awesome shirts, poor delivery update
Material, design and fit of shirts were excellent. However, the delivery is subpar as the tracking and delivery updates were lacking. I didn't even know the package was delivered until i physically went to the counter to check.
