I had a small issue with one of my orders and I reached out to customer service. They replied fast and they actually solved my issue. Other than that, the products are amazing and I've been wearing the brand for more than 3 years now.

Will deny full refund falsely claiming missing returned items, delay shipping, treat customers as personal combatants, and overall block customers phone numbers from incoming calls.

I’m very disappointed with my experience shopping from the Original Penguin online store. I purchased a jacket nearly two months ago, but the whole process turned into a nightmare. I returned the item almost a month ago and still haven’t received my refund.

What’s worse is that their customer service has been absolutely useless—no helpful responses, no clear timeline, just generic replies that go nowhere. There’s no accountability, and it feels like they don’t care once they’ve taken your money.

I expected better from a brand like Original Penguin, but this experience has completely ruined my trust. I won’t be shopping with them again, and I can’t recommend them to anyone. If you’re thinking of buying from their online store—be very cautious.

I will not able to the order because of deadline that I will be out of town. During the order placement I left a note for Original Penguin to deliver ASAP but Original Penguin did not respect my request. I am disappointed that your business Original Penguin picked the cheapest delivery option for FedEx SmartPost Economy. The shipping option created packed by Original Penguin action shows means you do not value my time and Original Penguin does not value me as a customer. FedEx supposed to deliver it to me today but it diverted to another town Davenport FL and stuck more days in Florida due to cheapest delivery economy option that Original Penguin made. I called FedEx and they said delay the delivery cheapest option by Original Penguin so I request to re-route the package back to Original Penguin warehouse in Miami FL because I will be out of town for vacation over a month.Impossible to contact customer service by phone that operated by Perris Ellis corporation in Florida and customer service real live person is not available online and never resolved it anyway. Original Penguin customer service sucks! There is only robotic customer service operating. I disrespect Original Penguin how they treat customers.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I’m writing this to express my embarrassed experience of buying a product from “an original Penguin by Munsingwear” company.
I bought the 3 woven boxers for my husband. I didn’t look closely of the boxers before the 1st time wash. (We always wash the new clothes before wearing) My husband surprised to find out there’s no “fly front pocket” of the underwear from Penguin. How awkward is that? He never had bought anything like this before, neither had I. He didn’t complain anything, but I felt extremely sad. I couldn’t return these since I washed them already. And I have this urge to write to you.
If the designer didn’t design the “fly”, then why would you put a fake “fly” in the front? From the picture on the box, I could never tell it’s not a real “fly”. I wouldn’t buy it at the first place if I knew there’s no “fly”.

J'avais déjà fait une commande qui c’était très bien passée mais Là !!
Commande passée le 29 novembre pour 1 article, heureusement payé avec Paypal !
Un faux lien de tracking DHL est mis sur la commande.
Après 1 mail de réclamation (en français) on m'envoie un lien de Colis Privé avec comme seul statut "Votre colis est en cours de préparation par l'expéditeur. Il nous sera confié prochainement."
2eme mail de réclamation (en français) où on me répond "patientez ça peut prendre 18 jours à arriver depuis UK"
3eme mail de réclamation, tjrs en français et on me répond... que le service ne comprend que l'anglais ! La Blague !!
Bref je suis déçue car mon compagnon adore cette marque.
Je n’achèterais plus via leur site
