great design, not so great quality
love the design and really wanted to love it overall but the quality is so flimsy, feels pretty cheap. only really useable in light drizzle. sadly too overpriced for what it is.

This umbrella is pure joy
This umbrella is pure joy! The duckhead handle is beyond adorable. It makes me smile every time I pick it up. It’s sturdy, easy to carry, and perfect for gloomy days. People actually stop me to compliment it!
It’s not just cute, it’s also eco-friendly, which makes me love it even more. Feels like I’ve got a little duck buddy helping me brave the rain each time ☔🦆💚

Excellent customer support.
UPD. I've added 3 stars for exceptional service and support from the manufacturer. I will add one more if my new umbrella will last longer.
Beautiful umbrella with good ergonomic, but very poor quality. The umbrella is broken after less that a month of usage during not very intensive wind.

Poor durability ?an anomaly
Lovely appearance and handy automatic open button however not at all durable with my first umbrella. Only used it less than a dozen times on 6 months and the shaft snapped in the wind (nobody else using other umbrellas with me had snapped umbrellas including those that were less expensive). This has so far been partially redeemed by excellent customer service with a replacement on the way. I will hopefully have a more positive re-evaluation when the new umbrella arrives.

Replacement cap for my duck!
My duck umbrella lost its little black cap. I was keen to fix my umbrella as it was just 2 years old!
I emailed the customer service team and I was offered a free replacement cap. I received this today and my duck is perfect once again!

So in loooove with my Original Duckhead umbrella! It’s sturdy, well-made, and actually has been holding great in the wind . Plus the duck-shaped handle is such a cute and adorable touch. It’s also good to know it’s made from recycled materials and is eco friendly. Definitely recommend if you want something stylish and reliable!
