Exceptional Customer Service
I ordered a Nordic Knots rug from OPUMO. The rug arrived damaged from the shipping company. Every step of the way Gabrielle at OPUMO and Nordic Knots were superb in their customer service...exceeding all expectations. Even though our order did not work out, i was blown away by this experience. The personalized follow-up every step of the way was outstanding. I would not hesitate to order from either company in the future.

A really positive experience
A really positive experience. I bought an item but chose to return it and found the contact team really helpful and the process straight forward. As the item had to be returned to manufacturer and would take time to refund, they offered to help with the upgrade I wanted to solve the cash flow issue. When the manufacturer was late in refunding, they stepped in. Dealt with the same person each time who was quick to reply and really helpful

Annoying website navigation
Love the stuff on Opumo but found the website really clunky.
Living in Singapore, I kept getting logged out and redirect constantly.
Just tried to visit the site after a month or so only to be directed to a page that says 'excess denied'.
A real shame that the site experience isn't as clean as the cool items they curate.

. I would not ever recommend this company to anyone.
Unfortunately, I've had no luck reaching anyone at this company. Just posted an honest review as Opumo has not refunded $510 of my money - Order# OP200208675.
I requested a refund SAME DAY (within minutes) because I did not get an email/ invoice confirmation of the transaction. I am very disappointed and have opened up an investigation wit my credit card company to resolve. Hopefully, I get refunded soon as it's been 4 days already. I would not ever recommend this company to anyone.

We received your email request to cancel your order at 00:12 and replied to you at 09:10 the very next day to let you know that you would be refunded when the funds had settled. In situations like these we would love to be able to give immediate refunds but this is not always possible as we can't refund a balance that is yet to arrive at our bank. I’m happy that our team and processes were at a very high standard in this instance. Your order was placed on Thursday, cancelled Friday morning and refunded at 09:45 Monday morning when the funds had settled.

Opumo's customer service is second to none. When my order for a pair of trainers were unfortunately out of stock, they went the extra mile. The only other pair I liked were £20 more expensive. When I asked how I should pay the difference, they said not to worry, and hooked it up as a good will gesture! Thanks opumo!

The customer service at Opumo was excellent! I did end up having a refund due to the failings of one of their suppliers, but this was no reflection on the excellent service I received with Opumo. They were courteous and very helpful every step of the way and quick to answer emails! Thankyou for that!
