Parcel was delivered to the wrong address and postcode. I had to drive to pick it up. Had already been opened and put in the rubbish by the recipient and I got bags, some closure tags and no vacuum pump. The company didn’t want to know.
Do not order from this company. They are scammers. Took 2 months for my order to be delivered and when I got it no usb pump for compression cubes as advertised. Was like hitting my head against a brick wall trying to get any after sales service
So much trouble with delivery. When finally delivered today, no vacuum pumps eith the order, which is the only reason I ordered to start with. Absolute Scam. DO NOT ORDER from them.
The needlework project I ordered was shipped without a colour key or instructions. Despite numerous attempts to correct with customer service I was put into an endless loop of incomplete resolutions and nonsense requests. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY - A TOTAL WASTE OF YOUR TIME AND MONEY.
Did not get the product I ordered properly. Missing the cordless vacuum which is in the advertising. After several emails thanking me for my understanding they offered $2, $3,$4USD as compensation saying it was paid. It was not. All I wanted was the vacuum. Now have useless bags. Have got on to PayPal to try to sort this out. Just a scamming site. Do not buy from them
This company does not stand by their promises. Instead of customer support they should call it customer rejection. I sent photos and acted in good faith with this company. I will report them to the BBB. I hope will do whatever it takes to make sure they don’t rip off another customer. It’s the principle of integrity for me now.

My 2 year old son loves these shoes! They are well made and slip on. I think they do seem to run a little small. But I'm very happy with these shoes.
They didn't still solve my problem after many mails and photos i sent to them with the wrong item they sent me,how long it will gonna take it to get it solved.maybe never
This morning they sent me an e mail that they want change anything and that this is it,i will never order anything by these scammers,bad people they run an even worse businnes
Bought an item that was on sale, and then clicked a popup for an additional 49% off. Only gave me an additional 5%. They also charged my bank and extra 10 over the invoice amount, then claimed it was for some shipping charge that wasn't on the invoice. Item finally arrives and every rod is bent in half. They have stopped communicating with me. Stay far away.
