Frustration
I am happy with the surveys. However, on few occasions, after completing the surveys, I was informed that I did not meet requirement. It is a frustration to be informed at the end and not at the beginning.

We're sorry to hear that you do not qualify for all the surveys that are sent to you.
Unfortunately, some surveys or clients require a specific demographic and we have to ask some questions in order to determine whether a member is suited for the survey.
We do understand this can be frustrating, however if you ever have any problems with particular surveys, please make a note of the survey number and then reach out to our member services team who will be happy to look into the issue.

TSome surveys are not easy to manoeuvre, hence abort mid way.
Please use simple n straight forward processes.

Most of the time you are screened out of the survey and it is extremely difficult to accumulate points to make a redemption.
