Open Space Concepts Omdömen

From quote, through survey, to final installation, everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. You get a rough on line quote, no pushy salesmen. All questions were answered during the survey. The guys who put up the glass room got on with it and finished within four days. The product and installation are top quality. Had a minor problem with water dripping from a screw hole but this was solved on the same day that I emailed them about it.

Excellent service and a very good product.
We had problems with the installation caused by an existing structural issue with our house and this was handled in a professional way with no extra cost.
Very impressed!

Great company 😁. Open & upfront from the off, very helpful staff, excellent quality product. Our glass room was fitted well ahead of schedule, the installation team were efficient & left everything incredibly clean & tidy. Expensive but absolutely worth it. Very happy indeed 😁.

Great service from start to finish, very professional, one time delivery. Very good.😎👍

We have a large balcony overlooking Cardigan Bay but were in need of shade. We had seen louvered rooves in New Zealand and thought they would provide an ideal solution. We contacted OSC and they visited and provided a breakdown of the cost, they also warned us of the delay in fitting. When they did arrive they were efficient and very tidy. We are delighted with our pod!

Product looks great and fitting team were very helpful and knew what they were doing!

Wayne visited today to carry out remedial work on our Pod.
He was knowledgeable, efficient, carried out all the work required and checked for any other possible issues and moved furniture as needed. He was very pleasant and very polite.

We are so pleased with our louvre pod! It has allowed us to enjoy more of our garden with the options it gives us. The product itself is of excellent quality, and really makes for an interesting feature of our home.
The service we received was excellent and installation was on time. The sales team responded quickly to any queries we had and the surveyor was incredibly helpful and informative. The install team work to a high standard, always kept the area tidy and we're very helpful and polite. We would highly recommend them and definitely would use them again. Thanks Mark and the rest of your team.

I had a difficulty with the lock on my glass house and am indebted to Wayne who resolved problem for me. I am based in Scotland so Wayne arranged delivery of the part within forty eight hours and instructed me by text how to fit the new part. I was most impressed.

Overall very pleased with our Menzit Pod garden room. We went for the retractable roof option which is great for our needs. The ground works could have been left a little neater and the roof unruffled when retracted, but as already mentioned, we are really pleased

Open Space Concepts (OSC) fitted our glass veranda in June 2022. The whole team were very helpful, knowledgeable and professional.
My first point of contact with the team was Jenni who was very helpful and always responded promptly and politely to my enquiries, patiently emailing me different quotes as I kept changing the size and extra’s!
Billy, the surveyor, was so helpful and took his time explaining all the different size options we could have to to make the best use of the space available.
The installation team, George & Stefan, were efficient, polite, tidy and took obvious pride in their work.
The finished veranda is better than we hoped for. It looks fabulous and certainly fulfils our hopes for an outside room. Would definitely spend the extra money though on the roof and side blinds. They look great and make it cosy at night. Haven’t properly tried out the wall heater yet. Fitted just in time for the sunny weather!
Long wait for it to arrive but worth it, arriving within the specified time.
Great experience from start to finish, we would highly recommend OSC.

The OSC team were great from start to finish. Mark was very helpful with all the information, answering a lot of my questions when I was investigating which option to go with. The installation team (Dorro & Viktor) were excellent and super efficient - great quality of work and left the place neat and tidy. Overall very happy with OSC and the product/quality of installation. Would highly recommend!

It's been six months since we had our Glass Room installed by Open Space Concepts , so a good time to review our experience! We originally had 3 companies quote for the work with OSC pitching in the middle quote of the 3 , so decided we would go with them , Originally we were given a lead time of 12 weeks and a promise of installation before Christmas, unfortunately that never materialised and the Glass Room was fitted late January. Germany supplier delays and the fall out of Covid19!? However we are very pleased with the finished product and the transformation it has given the back of our property, fitted on the day by George and Catalin taking just on two days to complete. I would recommend OSC who were generally prompt with enquiries and call backs to answer any questions but be mindful of changes to lead times. The quality of the Glass Room looks great , and as yet no reason to ask for a revisit for snags or problems during or after the fitting thankfully , so would have no hesitation to recommend them to friends and family

The office staff ,Matt and Chris, were always helpful and supportive and never tried to push a sale. Victor and Dorro (installation team) professional polite and took time out to ensure we were happy. When they departed all they left behind was a great looking veranda, everything clean and tidy.

We are extremely happy with our new glass room purchased from Open Space Concepts (OSC). It looks and is absolutely amazing! The quality of the product is first class and OSC equally so. From initial quotation and survey, right through to completion, our expectations were met, our questions and queries answered quickly and diligently, and all the work was carried out professionally to an extremely high standard. We can’t recommend this company highly enough. It makes a refreshing change to deal with a company so customer focused and true to their word.

We would like to say a huge “THANK YOU” to the whole team at OSC with special mention being given to:-

Matt - who was our initial contact and who patiently helped us by handling all our questions and concerns throughout the quotation stage.
Billy - who came to do the site survey and listened to all our exacting requirements.
Dave - who took it through from conception to completion with care and diligence.
Doro, Victor, and Andre - “The “A” Team” who completed the installation bar the snagging items.
Stefan and Gheorghe - who came and finished the snagging jobs.

Everyone involved was polite and treated us courteously. They all instilled in us a great confidence that we were in safe hands. They handled all the materials with the greatest of care and took time to make sure very aspect of the build was perfect. They treated our home and garden with respect, tidying up as they went along and clearing away all packaging with care. Their attention to detail during installation was comfortingly impressive. Where small areas of the framework fell short of their high standards, it was photographed and the replacement parts reordered without hassle.

We approached a few companies before settling on Open Space Concepts to carry out the work. It was a big purchase for us and we didn’t want to make a mistake. We were persuaded to buy from them as they came across as the most trustworthy of the companies with which we had spoken. We were comforted by the complete lack of pressure to buy and their willingness to answer every question knowledgeably, with patience and with honesty. Any worries we had about the effect of lockdowns here and abroad, the Ukraine war etc on supplies were dealt with by regular updates. An absolute joy to deal with.

We definitely chose the right company and couldn’t be happier with the result. Open Space Concepts definitely deserves to go from strength to strength. Highly recommended.

After a lot of research we went with Open Space Concepts, we are so glad that we did. The whole team were professional from start to finish and made sure we were happy with the finished result, and we are!

A great company to put your trust in.
Perfect service throughout which is a rare thing these days. The finished product looks stunning and is really good quality. There workmen are outstanding and I would thoroughly recommend these people.
This is one of the few things that has gone to plan without a hitch on my new build.
I would say, save the hassle and go with these guys no question

Really pleased
Looks awesome
We had a few discussions about what would be the right product, the surveyor suggested something slightly different, which worked perfectly. When fitted, the fitters gave me another suggestion about the electrics. So they wasn’t prepared to just install it they wanted it to look and work the best way for me

We love our new awning. From start to finish the service has been excellent. No hard sell but really a supportive team from the ordering to the fitting stage. And it looks fantastic. All we need now is the sun !!!

Open Space Concepts from the initial ordering to the installation of the awning were very professional and understanding. We were having a number of contractors working on upgrading our outside spaces. There were some conflicts in respect of when the awning could be installed and Open Space Concepts worked with us to help us progress the work on the garden before the installation of the awning. The installation team were excellent and explained how the awning was going to be installed, checking with us that we were happy with what they were going to do. The finished product is exactly what was promised from ordering to completion. I would recommend Open Space Concepts to anyone looking for a top quality product.
